The Eagle and the Bear

(Or how a Lame Duck quacks under the pressure of "Fake News")

Can anyone doubt that in the latest spat between America and Russia, or more accurately Obama and Putin, the latter has come off best?

Fresh from driving a coach and horses (was it Wells Fargo?) through all the best made plans of mice and men in Syria - for which read the Americans, the British, the French, the Israelis, the Saudis, the Qataris, to name but a few - and you must decide who are the mice and who are the men amongst this coterie of the unwilling - the action by Obama to expel numerous Russian diplomats and close a number of their missions, has the unmistakable smell of childish pique about it.

In a cunning series of moves, Putin has made sure it will be viewed that way, for not only with no help from the West has he out-manoeuvred the America in Syria by his victory in Aleppo, he has apparently sealed it with a peace deal that gives the prospect of a cessation of violence in that war torn land. Putin is basking in the achievement and can afford to be magnanimous. His refusal to replicate the expulsions places him yet again on the moral high ground and paints Obama, with less than three weeks to go, as the petulant child. This from an historical point of view,  is probably how he will be remembered, a position no American President wants to be in.

Obama has made a tactical mistake, the latest of many and one wonders why he was persuaded to do it? Presumably he wanted to go out on the high of looking tough. Instead it will be seen as the very opposite, because not only has America yet again been humiliated in the Middle East, the grounds stated for the action can be seen to be flimsy at best. Not only does it miss the basic point that Hillary Clinton and the Democratic Party was beaten because the American public did not trust her and preferred a buffoon to a marionette, but the claim that it was the Russians that "done it for her" by hacking and publishing private E-mails, is clearly ludicrous. At best his action will be seen as "sour grapes", at worst proof that he is complicit in trying to deflect from all the damaging "Pizzagate" revelations.

Clinton could not survive the scandal of her personal server and her lies about it. She may escape the gaol sentence that would be meted out to any other citizen who had done the same - namely kept top secret documents on a private and insecure server - but she cannot avoid the opprobrium. And of course this is not the worst of the Clinton crimes that are gradually being revealed centring on the "Clinton Foundation", that raked in huge sums from foreign donors, for what can only be assumed to be favours from the Secretary of State.

No wonder Edward Snowden and Julian Assange have been painted as traitors or enemies who Clinton herself appeared to support being murdered, for they have facilitated not so called "fake news" but the truth about the way America is governed, and it does not make easy reading. Head honchos have been clearly implicated not only in fraud but also in the deeply damaging subject of child trafficking, abuse and even murder, claims that as far as I am aware, have never been flatly denied.

What we have actually seen has been a national press largely supportive of the Clintons and Democrats, merely pouring scorn on the very idea the suggestions rife in the Internet that "Pizzagate" could happen or did, and refusing to run with or investigate the allegations. There is little doubt in my mind that this had an impact on the Presidential race and that therefore both Internet and Wikileaks played a part, but placing the blame on Russia completely misses the point. It is but the latest in an orchestrated strategy of blaming Russia for everything and increasing tensions between the two. Europe, as in so much else, has acted as docile poodle and subject to damaging measures both financial (cite the huge fines on BP and European banks in contrast to those levied on American ones) if it has shown any reluctance to follow the American line.

I thought this was a good analysis of the justification for Russian culpability, that I came across in an Internet discussion.

Matthew Hitchens "You need to learn the difference between a detailed crime analysis report and the public release report you are referring to .Are you kidding me ? I am a liberal and Obama supporter but I'm also a Cybersecurity SME and that report offers NO "proof" the APTs are linked to the Kremlin . ON PAGE 2 it labels the APTs as part of the Russian Intelligence- this is flat out incorrect and many members of the IC have said so . Those APTs are criminal hacker groups much like Anonymous , in fact Fancy Bear is part of Anonymous. Second there is not evidence to show a link between the APTs and the Kremlin! Is there a possibility? Yes - was there a possibility WMDs were in Iraq - yup , but did we find them -? Nope . It is a fallacy of false correlation and a bogus report . next the remaining 11 pages is a get well plan and way forward - citing over basic practices that should have been followed according to the NIST guidelines that the public sector is REQUIRED to follow anyway . IN FACT .. does it even mention the NIST guidelines ? What we have here is a smokescreen - something to justify sanctions when there is not enough actual evidence . It's bullshit . And the POTUS should be reviewing how he messed up cyber reform this past 8 years - by bitching out and not pushing on regulation and standard practices for both the private and public sector --- we have damn government employees opening suspicious emails and becoming victims of spear phishing ( something a 12 year old can crank out) . The APTs did NOT crack anything - WE LET THEM IN . Our Piss poor Cybersecurity practices and education . They knocked and we virtually opened the door . Stop scapegoating and point  the finger and the real issue - the one in the mirror"

It is impossible not to view all the incidents of so-called ISIS terror in the same light. Gradually and inexorably the public is becoming aware of the lengths to which America and Western Countries have been prepared to go to pursue an essentially Israeli agenda in the Middle East that has brought utter chaos on it and on Europe. On so many fronts the so-called "democracies" have allowed themselves to sink into a morass of deceit and moral turpitude, that in the dying days of Obama's Administration is seeing itself reflected in gestures of this kind, hoping it will deflect from and bury the truth. "Fake News" and Russian responsibility are the result.

Meanwhile Kerry's speech on Israel settlement policy might have been impressive were it not viewed against a background of the reality of the last eight years and longer. It can only be viewed as gesture politics. Words without meaning or purpose. The last gasp of the dying man to persuade us he has stood up against tyranny and repression in a foreign land, from which the multiple evils have flowed. The grant of thirty eight billion revealed the true position in that, as have the Wikileaks revelations, the disturbing underlying causes. The genie cannot be put back in the bottle. Whether anything will change is another matter. A wounded animal is more dangerous for it. "Making America great again" can have many interpretations and they are not necessarily all good for the world or the people in it. That is you and me.

(Far from) The Wuthering Heights

http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2011/11/12/article-2060600-0EBF9CB500000578-436_468x286.jpg

Is this the only photo of the three Bronte sisters? A collector who bought picture for $25 on eBay believes it shows sibling novelists. It certainly has a genuine look about it. However it would also need to be a very early photograph taken before 1848 when Emily died. It is possible because the first photograph was taken in 1826 by Joseph Nicéphore Niépce and in England John William Draper made one of his sister in 1839/40 that still exists and is regarded as one of the oldest photographic portraits known. If it is, Charlotte who was barely five feet, sits in the middle.

Many are familiar with the Bronte Sisters. Their story has been recently dramatised in a BBC production entitled "To Walk Invisible."

Less realise their mother, a Branwell, came all the way from Penzance, the other end of the country, on an arduous journey before the age of steam trains. Elizabeth Branwell (2 December 1776 – 29 October 1842) arrived from Penzance in 1821, aged 45, after the death of Maria, her younger sister, to help Patrick look after the children, and was known as 'Aunt Branwell'.

The Haworth Vicarage

https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/564x/24/cc/a5/24cca55ab0d6ad3ff500ddd561e4a2c0.jpg

When some years ago we visited Haworth, I was struck by the barren landscape and something of the harsh reality of Victorian life in a remote Yorkshire location, accurately captured in this BBC production. If the contrast between Penzance and Haworth was stark to me, how much more so for the Branwell sisters in the early eighteen hundreds?

The Branwell's House in Penzance

https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhFMqOnmnK9L9EIv8A6yl4hiqoUovqDPa_-uQfWzELzCwUiYPG9_JT7CBtqFqvmTFRnIwcg_Teja9BrMjfIcSLoxQvOH3JjuolN-3Iai3F5cRIL8iyL6jEOAe_imVMRrkuyTy0KrP271QEr/s1600/DSC06206.JPG

The Penzance property was much more amenable, though perhaps not quite as grand. Both were adjacent to the Parish Church and within the sound of its tolling bells. Beyond that there were few parallels either in landscape or climate.

Removed from the sea and temperate climes of Mounts Bay, did Maria die of a broken heart or a broken spirit? The actual cause was recorded as a cancer. Elizabeth her sister, having taken the same arduous journey, managed to survive to sixty-six.

All the children died prematurely, predominantly from tuberculosis, one of the biggest killers of the 19th Century. Would they have lived longer if fate had determined they had been born and brought up in Cornwall, rather than cold and windswept Yorkshire?

Yet had the environment been sweeter and the society softer, would the writing have resulted or the creative genious flourished? Was the harsh reality the necessary Pennine grit to create the literary pearl?

Branwell Bronte, their dissolute brother and scourge of his father, sought refuge in gin and laudanum, two favourite drugs of the period. He died aged 31 in 1841.

In contrast his sisters resorted - escaped even - to imagination and story-telling, the publication of which could only be achieved by using the device of pseudonym, thus effectively remaining "invisible". (Note the well-chosen title of the BBC drama)

It is thus one of the first female literary success stories and an notable turning point in the long struggle for sexual equality in art as much as in life.

When their maternal grandparents house came up for sale in Penzance in about the year 2000, my young son said he would like to live there. How I wanted to fulfill his wish.

It remains a very desirable property. But I am pleased I saw it before it was tastefully renovated, because it still retained the aura of the different age, when two sisters were brought up there who were to have a significant part in the creation of some of the greatest literature known to man - or woman!

Missing? Why has this non-story been given such prominent and widespread coverage by MSM outlets?

Image of Isobel Gayther

Isabel Gayther

Is the attractive face and name a clue? Apparently said Isabel Gayther is 'safe and well' but still not located.

The Sun reports it as follows:

"Her account wrote: “Am not on my way to Syria or being held hostage. A day and half I’m out of contact and this is what happens??? I AM NOT MISSING peace.”
She then added: “How embarrassing, this is the second time my mum has filed a missing persons report, for a missing person I just keep coming back…
“Now I look like a c***.”
But the Metropolitan Police continue to investigate her whereabouts and have urged her to get in contact with them."

What could account for the blanket and sensationalist coverage, of one missing person of many, over the Christmas period? I have no idea. Let's hope she turns up safe and well and this is not just the creation of some advertising or manipulation department somewhere.

Israel's Assassins at it again in Tunisia

On Monday 19th December 2016 - a day short of the shortest day - TWO events hit the
headlines that squeezed out most the rest of the news - in the western press at least.

They were of course the much exaggerated lorry crash in Berlin, in which it was claimed
12 were killed and 48 injured, although the evidence for this has been disputed.

Tho second event was the very public assassination of Ambassador Karlov in Ankara
whilst opening a photographic exhibition. Both are covered in greater detail elsewhere on
this blog.

Both of these events were clearly designed to blame Muslim extremists in general and
ISIS in  particular and were directed at Germany and Russia respectively. In both cases
the alleged assailant was shot dead by state forces.

Whether this reflects the real perpetrators, the organisation behind them or their true
purpose is quite another matter. In addition to any claimed justification or explanation
there is one that is seldom mentioned, namely distraction from other events happening
in the world to deflect attention and possible criticism directed to those behind it.

So we may ask, did anything notable happen immediately before or after that might
have received far more adverse publicity were it not for these two. Well not surprisingly
the answer is yes. Perhaps you might like to ask yourself whether you have heard
of them? It almost goes without saying that despite their importance, they have
generated a minuscule proportion of attention on the news, if any.

The OTHER events are as follows:

1.  TUNISIAN ASSASSINATION.

Mohammed Al-Zoari, a Tunisian scientist with ties to Hamas killed near his homeThursday,
December 15, 2016 in the Tunisian city of Sfax.  It is widely agreed he was assassinated
by an Israeli 'kidon' team working illegally on foreign sovereign territory. Rather conveniently,
the individual blamed for the Berlin outrage, just happened to be Tunisian. The Israelis used
a female posing as a journalist to lure him to his death. All participants in the murder were
spirited out of the country before they could be arrested although some have suggested the
operation might have had tacit support from the Tunisian authorities.

See: https://www.middleeastmonitor.com/20161226-mossad-assassinated-tunisian

2.  'ISIS' BOMBS YEMIN.
http://www.nytimes.com/2016/12/18/world/middleeast/isis-suicide-attack-kills-48-in-southern-yemen.html?_r=0

Everyone must by now know that not only has Saudi Arabia with Israeli support been
carrying out a brutal campaign against Yemeni population, but that when ever we read of
an 'ISIS' attack we know Israel and Saudi Arabia, besides others, is very likely the hidden
hand and the controlling mind. When we hear that there have been devastating cruel
attacks "by ISIS in Yemen" we have twice the reason it was executed by these two pariah
states, both of which Britain is unilaterally bribed or cajoled to support.

So we learn, virtually unpublicised, on the 18th December - note a day before the Berlin
and Ankara events - at least 48 Yemeni soldiers were killed and many more injured when
an IS suicide bomber exploded his device in the midst ofa group of soldiers, waiting to be
paid. It is the second such in just over a week. The attack comes eight days after a similar
bombing at Al-Sawlaban claimed by IS killed 48 soldiers and wounded 29 others.

Note this was not directed against 'rebels', as has been the norm, but members of the
government's forces so you decide what the purpose might be because I can't. That
Saudia Arabia and/or Israel were probably implicated can hardly be doubted.

3.  KARAK JORDAN 18th December, 2016.

Jordanian security forces are seen patroling on Monday in Karak, a tourist destination, around 120 kilometres south of the capital Amman, following an attack a day earlier. Daesh has claimed responsibility for the deadly shooting that killed 10 people, including a Canadian tourist. Another 34 people were wounded in Sunday's shooting spree, including a second Canadian.

Gunmen in two locations open fire and take hostages. Daesh later claimed responsibility
for the deadly shooting that killed 10 people, including a Canadian tourist Linda Vatcher, a
62-year-old from Newfoundland.  Another 34 people were wounded in Sunday's
shooting spree, including a second Canadian. Jordan refused to give details of the gunmen.
Was this intended to stoke division and unrest in relatively peaceful Jordan or to disrupt
tourism as has been achieved in all the north African states bordering the Mediterranean?
Perhaps we should direct the question at Israel yet again?

5.  25.12.2016  BLACK SEA. Russian plane flying to Syria crashes soon after take-off.

Tupolev-154

Tupolev Tu-154 plunged into the sea shortly after takeoff from Sochi on Christmas
Day. Terrorism has been ruled out in advance of the investigation or the recovery
of the two 'black boxes'. Those on board included 64 musicians from the army's
official choir, the Alexandrov Ensemble; nine reporters; the head of the
Spravedlivaya Pomoshch charity, Elizaveta Glinka; two federal civil servants; and
eight crew members. The BBC reports The main flight recorder from the Russian jet
that crashed into the Black Sea on Sunday has revealed that faulty flaps were to blame,
Russian media say.The flaps, panels on the wings that help lift an aircraft, were not moving
together, a source close to the probe told the private Interfax news agency. The pro-Kremlin
Life news website says this led the pilots to lose control as the plane was at a "critical
angle". It also quoted the crew's last words, including: "The flaps, hell... !"

6. BUTTERWORTH, Malaysia: A Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) plane crashed on
Wednesday (Dec 21) at an airbase in Butterworth, Penang, killing the pilot and injuring
three others. http://www.channelnewsasia.com/news/asiapacific/1-killed-3-injured-in-

TERRORIST ISRAEL!

A trail of blood leads directly back to Tel Aviv (with a little help from its friends) This is
not merely colourful polemic. It is factual and forensic. The proof is in the document
that I was unable to reproduce here. Literally hundreds, if not thousands, of cold
blooded killings carried out mainly on foreign territory, in a systematic and planned way,
over decades, against those it arbitrarily decides to eliminate.

And these only include recognised cases, not those where the circumstantial evidence
of involvement is overwhelming, as with 9/11, 7/7 and most of the recent examples of
European terrorism.

The State of Israel was founded on terrorism such as at the King David Hotel, most of its
leaders (particularly from the late 70's) have been unashamed terrorists, and unabashed
organised terror, as the recent Tunisian case amply demonstrates, continues to this day.
Is there another country in the world - with perhaps the exception of North Korea - where
the term "rogue state" better applies? Its intimidation and mistreatment of the Palestinian
people and its flagrant renunciation of international law, is daily proof of it.

There is little doubt that in concert with the United States, it has masterminded and
fomented the chaos that has occurred in all its Arab neighbours and was prepared to
entertain acts of terror, up to and including 9/11, to facilitate it. Everyone now knows -
and apparently the Wikileaks Podesta/Clinton emails confirm it - that from the Mujahideen
and Taliban, through Saddam Hussein, Al Qaeda, ISIS to Daesh, all have been creations
of US/Israeli policy, which the European countries have cravenly endorsed.

One of the biggest and most disreputable deceptions ever pulled on the world's
population, was that Israel was the innocent victim of anti-semitism and discrimination
and that Muslims posed the biggest threat. In fact quite the opposite is the case. Muslims
may have been accused of terrorism but a closer examination almost invariably proves
they were unjustly accused, or that they have been run by non-Muslim handlers based in
either Washington or Tel Aviv.

If the recent unanimous (apart from one abstention) UN resolution is a sign that the world
is waking up to the mendacity demonstrated by this peculiar population, it is not before
time. Israel needs to start acting in a civilised manner or accept being treated as a pariah
by what remains of a civilised international community.

The Assassination of Andrei Karlov

Al Nusra Front claims responsibility, that means Israel is implicated once again. Anyway when did this happen - the removal of pictures - and why? Note somebody is still photographing him!

http://static.birgun.net/resim/haber-liste-resim/2016/12/21/al-nusra-claims-responsibility-for-killing-of-russian-ambassador-karlov-according-to-reports-224596-6.jpg

It would be quite preposterous to suggest that neither the Russian Ambassador to Turkey or his assailant died on 19th December, 2016, wouldn't it?

That is why I don't propose to do so. However, bearing in mind the preposterous nature of many of the world events we have been witness to, perpetrated by Governments and their agencies, the possibility should never be absolutely excluded.

In all such terrorist events or the like, it is absolutely essential to keep an open mind, indeed to treat them with a questioning scepticism. It is a first step to understanding, in a mad and dangerous world, what is actually going on.

Even if everything is as it has been presented, namely that the Russian Ambassador Andrei Karlov, whilst giving an opening talk at an exhibition of Russian photography in Ankara, a well dressed young man standing behind him Mevlut Mert Altintas, reached inside his suit jacket, pulled out a pistol, and fired about eight shots into Karlov's back, killing him immediately.

All mainstream media outlets report as it appears with the Russian and Turkish official versions attached. It is explained in terms of the prevailing narrative Muslim extremism of which Altinas is represented as an exponent, partly because of the things he shouted in Turkish at the time such as “Allahu Akbar” and “Don’t forget Aleppo. Don’t forget Syria. Unless our towns are secure, you won’t enjoy security. Only death can take me from here. Everyone who is involved in this suffering will pay a price.”

He also shouted in Arabic: “We are the one who pledged allegiance to Muhammad, to wage jihad.”

So conventional wisdom suggests this is a Jehadist or a man with Jihadist sympathies, who Blames the Russian and Syrian Governments for recent attacks and advances in East Aleppo in particular.

This is certainly how President Putin interpreted it for he was quoted as saying, "There can be only one answer to this - stepping up the fight against terrorism, and the bandits will feel this.” Both in east and west, domestic terrorism results in ostensibly identical reaction: the need to take military action against Muslim extremists - i.e. ISIS or whatever the preferred name is.

However as everyone must now realise, east and west though pretending to the same objective, are in fact pursuing quite different ones. 'ISIS' is merely a political expedient for essentially two power blocks fighting for political hegemony, whilst denying it is doing so. It is a deceit projected onto a gullible public by the political class in which there is nothing to choose between east and west for integrity, or lack of it. Neither side has genuine concern for the non-combatant civilians caught up in all. They are pawns in the PR game or the 'collateral damage' of hostilities.

That Altintas merely fits into this wider picture - just one individual making his own protest and sacrificing his own life in the process - is understandable except for one problem: he has no obvious connection to radicalism, Islamic or otherwise. His family have no pretensions it and he has only recently undergone police training having qualified only two years before, when if he had, it might have expected to have been noticed. As far as we know he had no direct familial or other link to Aleppo itself.

Perhaps his motivation came more from a hatred of Russia? It is certainly clear he made no attempt to shoot at or injure anyone else in the room, that might support such a contention. He appears to have resigned himself to death and makes no attempt to flee or surrender peacefully, although he could not have had many more bullets left unless he had a replacement magazine.

So to summarise he appears to be a very unlikely assassin. Was he there as an official body guard or police detachment. Apparently not. So what of the Russian Ambassador's security detail. Given the tense relationship between the two nations and the recent level of terrorism both in Turkey and region - the recent Coup is still fresh in the mind for goodness sake - the absence of security is quite amazing, indeed highly suspicious as was the timing.

It happened only a day before the leaders of Turkey, Russia and Iran were due to meet to discuss Syria. Any action of this sort might be expected to sour relations between the first two, and further point to western agencies that view with concern the growing cooperation between the three.

So in addition to working for extremist Muslim groups, another body of opinion might suggest he was actually working for western interests, by which we mean NATO/CIA/Mossad being the most likely.

But a further possibility that should not be excluded is a joint Russian/Turkish operation in order to pin the blame on precisely those western interests and conversely cement the tripartite relationship referred to. If this were the case a theatrical ruse becomes more of a possibility, in which the two main characters act the part. There is also the possibility that although Karlov might have been unharmed and rescued, his attacker was double-crossed and eliminated contrary to the assurances given to him.

Very strangely that very night Putin was due to attend the theatre to see the play 'Woe from Wit'. It was written by the poet and diplomat Alexander Griboyedov, who was himself murdered by a mob when ambassador to Tehran in 1829. Karlov was in fact the first high level diplomat to be assassinated abroad since Griboyedov! The Guardian calls it a 'bizarre coincidence'.

http://www.internethaber.com/mevlut-mert-altintasin-saldiridan-3-gun-onceki-goruntusu-1740827h.htm

I rather take the view that there are no such things as coincidences when it comes to international terror events and even some non-terror ones! Of course Russia has now suffered the tragedy of the the Tu-154 plane which crashed into the Black sea with the loss of 92 people on board, including members of a famed army choir. It had departed from the southern Russian city of Adler on Christmas Day morning (25.12.16) and was heading towards Latakia in Syria.

So now let us take a closer look at the precise events for anything that might suggest the untoward, defies logic or common sense or is otherwise a divergence from the officially approved version.

First it certainly looks staged. The first question is, are both Ambassador and assassin really dead? As usual what is not shown is as important as what is. We don't see Mevlut Mert Altintas being challenged and shot dead, or Andrei Karlov removed it should be noted.

https://www.thesun.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/nintchdbpict000289990484.jpg?w=703&strip=all

The one photo of the dead Altinas, certainly looks realistic with footprints in the blood although its harder to see how the blood got there as there is no corresponding blood staining on the clothes that could account for it. Nor do the wounds to the abdomen and chest equate with the pit marks in the wall, none of which are higher than his thigh at least.

The official explanation made a point of the fact that the assault troops or police aimed for his legs. This could explain both blood on floor and low bullet holes, but it's highly unlikely.

What trained team in the circumstances ever aim for the legs?

http://i2.mirror.co.uk/incoming/article9486355.ece/ALTERNATES/s615b/THP_MDG_191216Andrei-_50JPGed.jpg

Another couple of points: there is a photo of him brandishing his weapon outside the room in the staircase area of the building. So he must have allowed all the observers to leave and then followed them outside, so why did he return to the room to be shot back in the same location? The photo certainly leads you to believe he didn't leave the room doesn't it? The second point is that the image of him lying on the floor certainly suggest a growth of beard (not seen in the above but may be viewed at 11.45 into video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6LjLD1lXf2w) that is not apparent ostensibly only moments before. This also is hard to explain.

One more observation regarding Altintas. If you check out his trouser length in the shooting scene, it may be observed how long they are, buckling at the ankles where they meet his shoes. Now compare this to where he is lying on his back, apparently deceased.

Somewhere along the line, and there may be a perfectly rational explanation for it, I don't know. For some reason what appears to be the magazine of his gun lies by his side but there is no appearance of the gun which might have been expected to remain in his right hand. Where is it and what happened to it?

How was Altintas able to move about the building yet ends up shot dead where he first stood?

In this image Altintas, the assassin is off to the right

The same surviving man (the interpreter?) is seen next to the Ambassador's widow.

Shown again here from a different angle. Who are the Eastern Republic looking gentlemen talking to the partly hidden assassin in background? They are not seen in later images.

As to the shooting itself, it is hard to believe, given the current situation in Turkey and area to the south, the Russian Ambassador would ever be allowed out without a competent body guard. Would his safety and security ever been entrusted to just one Turkish policeman who had only been qualified for two years? Where is Russian security, or even Turkish, to return fire as soon as Altinas starts shooting? Nowhere clearly. There is just a glimpse of a man lying prone to Karlov's left. Was he also hit or is he just taking avoiding action. If hit why have we heard nothing about him? He was certainly in the line of fire.

https://metrouk2.files.wordpress.com/2016/12/ad_229619284.jpg?quality=80&strip=all&strip=all

Altinas appears very calm and considered and any sign of nerves prior to the attack, other than flexing his right hand, feeling inside the left breast of his suit (presumably to check on his weapon) and rubbing his nose with his left hand, appear absent. He wanders a little during the introductory speeches. I wonder if his location and behaviour might be expected of a policeman on protective assignment, much more likely to take a low profile out of the limelight. Or had he been just allowed in on the back of his identity card? If so what sort of security is that?

The shots when he fires seem real enough, and there is evidence of the empty cartridges where they might be expected on the floor to his right (see image above) but the way Karlov falls backwards rather than forwards (after all up to eight bullets into the back must provide additional forward/sideways kinetic energy to a body with an anterior centre of gravity), the fact there is no sign of blood or bleeding, and the fact there is apparently no twitching of the body or any form of sound - a moan or groan - makes it highly theatrical and suspicious. There appears to be no head wound so it is highly unusual for body shots in such a large man to cause instantaneous death without any final signs of expiration. This is not easily explained.

Now I would draw your attention to the rather strange and inexplicable issue of camera shots and positions. You will see that there are at least five or six angles covered. The one above from the left hand side of the room. The one from the RH side below. This you will see is from a different angle from the one, two above, which appears to be taken from a very low angle close to the floor. It could be explained by two cameras or one on the move. Then there is a central position (above) and two more further back looking towards the shooter (three below) and another in the opposite direction of the cowering observers (see two below) Note also that the one above appears to be just a chopped close-up of the wider angle three above.

Now here's the rub! It is hard to explain where these angle views originate as there is no sign of anyone in these positions. There may be a glipse of a camera off to the right but nothing can explain where the detailed images when everybody is shown to be diving for cover or crouching in terror.

We have to ask if the terror is real or acted? Only one woman appears to be truly terrified. (See image three below) Nor can it really be explained why there were so few at such an opening event or why there appears to be no attempt at escape. In the same room with a mad shooter why does it appear no one attempted to flee or indeed why after shooting the Ambassador he appears to make no further attempt to injure anyone. It is all just noisy protest and theatre.

At some stage there is the image four below, where the audience is allowed to leave in a fairly orderly fashion as the shooter continues to perform. This also is very strange, not least that some one escaping from a gunman and extreme danger, would bother to continue photographing the scene. Note none of the cowering group or those walking out are shown to have cameras or phones in operation so who WAS taking the camera shots?

Can I also ask who would actually just walk away with there back to a gunman who had just shot a man in front of them in such a way? Would not the natural reaction be to retreat from such a threat backwards, keeping eye contact until such time as reaching safety and then running like hell?

The same of course applies to the moving video footage here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ehsvVwEp7o0 (with initial analysis: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T9xH44iUDNw)

Only one person appears truly afraid.

Who are these people walking away in orderly fashion with their backs to a rampaging gunman?

Work this one out! Where is the shooter whilst this is happening?

In the video already referred to, showing the removal of the bare chested Karlov by the ambulance men, from ambulance to hospital entrance.  Despite the poor light, it is quite apparent that there are no signs of exits wounds to the front left hand side of the chest or any evidence of blood of any kind in any location. This is hard to explain given the eight close range shots at least some of which must have exited his body?See: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7pKBgCPKOzA also https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3KW9e0UYpyY

Also the fact that an aspirator appears to be attached and he is being dealt with as a living person rather than a corpse which would likely be fully covered is worthy of note, is it not?

Now a few observations regarding the coffin with the body of Karlov inside it. Is it my imagination or does it fail to suggest the dead weight of a very large and heavy man? Note the photograph below and video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AwaGp0GPMXg Perhaps the pall bearers were super strong and were super strong and used to this far from easy activity?

Back in Russia. Now eight pall bearers to Turkey's six. It certainly appears to be the same casket - note the treatment of the flag treatment at the front.

Without doubting the reality of the official version of events, as always the circumstances certainly raise many strange and unanswered questions. If it was a fake it was a very complicated and convincing one, that would have to include all the ceremony surrounding a counterfeit mannakin. This is step too far for even a sceptic like me. There is however the possibility that the noise and shock might have precipitated a death from natural causes, as the apparent absence of chest wounds is otherwise hard to explain. Nor is it impossible that there are other explanations for the death of the assassin.
