BoerBurgerBeweging (BBB) is a political party that focuses on rural areas. The party was officially founded in November 2019 and has been registered with the Electoral Council since December 9, 2019. She will participate in the 2021 parliamentary elections on March 17, 2021.
BBB is an initiative of Caroline van der Plas from Deventer, Wim Groot Koerkamp from Frieswijk and Henk Vermeer from Harderwijk. Van der Plas came into contact with both when she wanted to publish her BoerBurgerBoek. This is a book with 21 stories from farmers and market gardeners and a North Sea fisherman about food production in the Netherlands.
