As of 11.3.2023:  A question posed by ' Eddy's Vinyl Break' (https://www.youtube.com/@eddysvinylbreak) deserves consideration, particularly in the light of the conflicting information as to what she was wearing and her subsequent sightings, namely: Are the images above of Nicola, or could they be of someone who looked very much like her?  Further could the questionable last sightings of her, for the first week on the path and subsequently in the top field, actually also be of a look-a-like? This might appear far-fetched but if true, would mean that at those critical times, Nicola might already have been deceased and her body elsewhere. For this possibility to be true, her children would have somehow have to be deceived; the other mothers who allegedly spoke to her in the school yard would have had to have been mistaken; as would the other witnesses who say they saw her in the field (although the un-named 'woman in red with dog' has since denied it was her, and 'Ron' from the Caravan Park denied being able to put a name to the person he saw!) How reliable and definitive were the reported sightings, therefore? There is apparently absolutely no video footage, from any source, placing Nicola on that walk nor any other supporting evidence she was there or in the river, as Chief Superintendant Sally Riley admitted at her press conference, where she seemingly got multiple important facts wrong. See: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K9yoZrwGO4M

As of 10.3.2023:  The following is from the official Lancashire Constabulary Website dated Wednesday, February 15, 2023

"We carried out a search of the land in the immediate vicinity of the area where Nicola was last seen. This consisted of police search teams with trained Counter Terrorist Officers carrying out extensive area searches. They were joined by police dogs and drones." (My emphasis)

I pose the question again, Why if crime and third party were ruled out - let alone terrorism - were anti-terrorism officers deployed and why refer to the fact specifically?
Note the description changes the length of coat, previously reported to be ankle-length, but still states it as black when in stills shown to be blue. Also repeats she was wearing jeans, which clearly she wasn't. This was two weeks after her disappearance so plenty of time to get such basic, important facts right.

"Description
Nicola is white, 45 years old, 5ft 3ins tall, with light brown shoulder-length hair. She speaks with an Essex accent. She was last seen wearing a long, knee length (Me: Note change!) black quilted gilet with a hood. She had a black Engelbert Strauss coat underneath which had long sleeves and came to her waist. She was wearing tight black jeans and had long green walking socks tucked into her jeans. She was wearing size 5 ankle length green wellington boots from Next. Her hair was tied into a ponytail. She was wearing a pale blue Fitbit."

Note also her slacks were tucked into her socks, not vice-versa.

As of 4.3.2023:  Last known claimed images of Nicola Bulley leaving home on the morning she disappeared. Willow the dog can be seen in the back of the vehicle.  We must assume the two daughters are out of sight inside the car.  There is a question as to the reliability of the above on several counts.

First there is no time or date stamp on the stills of the door cam video. It could have been on a different day.

Second, the image seems to contradict or at least not wholly align with, Paul Ansell's account, in a Channel 5 interview, that on the 27th January, he put the children and dog in the car. (See: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=REpPIwjUpEo 7 mins in)

Third, there is a report that Nicola spent the previous night with her parents. Did she? In which case whose drive is it?

Fourth, the police announced Nicola was wearing an ankle-length black Gealalie. As can be clearly seen, in these shots, from allegedly the day in question, she is actually wearing a BLUE KNEE-LENGTH coat.

These are very significant factual discrepancies and errors. How could they be made? They compound others made by the police, for example changing the story of where she was last seen ("on the footpath at 9.15 am her phone and dog found an hour later" then to the top field at 9.10 am - ten minutes earlier and her phone discovered at 9.33 am. (See: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WbFFd8O9xLo )

Also referring to her walking on Garstang Road without reference to Hall Lane, which she first had to transit after parking up the school car park. It transpires that there is no CCTV of Nicola's walk with the dog anywhere, not even in front of the school or the houses on Garstang Road. Apparently the CCTV at the Grapes Public House was not even viewed for two weeks, if only to rule out her passing that point.

Where Nicola's body was discovered. Note next to road and only 'lay-by'.

How could this location be missed by search teams?

Exact location for the retrieval of her body.

As of 27.2.2023:  If we can believe the witnesses and Particularly the first to come through the gate, Nicola was missing at 9.33 a.m. The previous twenty minutes or so are therefore the crucial ones. Not only the times of the witnesses is important but also their movements within a timeframe. Only the police have this information but can we trust them to have done the detailed work? In this connection, which way was Penny, who was apparently the first to discover the unattached dog, travelling? From the river embankment or in the opposite direction. In other words, where was her destination? This is significant because apparently she was rushing to get her hair attended to. So where was the hair dresser's? Was she heading towards the caravan park or Rowan Water? If she was going west to east, that leads into the field and doesn't fit the hairdresser story quite. If it was the opposite direction (east to west) effectively she would have been following Nicola's alleged route. If the latter, is it possible the dog actually followed her to the bench, in other words that Nicola had already left the field, either of her own volition or under duress? If Nicola did not fall into the river, and it is quite clear by now that she didn't, a view even her partner came to at some stage, then she MUST have left the field by another route. The only two that seem available are the two premises mentioned above. This is where the interviewed gentleman's comment, "I thought she had gone to the toilet in the .... (caravan park?) is interesting. Is that where she went or was taken or was it Rowan Water? By a process of elimination those appear to be the only two viable options.

As of 2.3.2023: Yea, saw thbeginning of this one and earlier ones of his. Not impressed by his tunnel theory. He doesn't explain the logistics of it. That Lawson/fundme info. interesting. I obviously hadn't stayed with this video. The police were on scene so soon after the alleged event, given the speed of the flow and the weir, if she fell in there, she would have still been in that stretch of water, either floating or submerged. That they stuck to their 'hypothesis' for so long after proving it was wrong, is not only inexplicable. It's suspicious. Apparently the night before, N and the kids stayed somewhere else. (her parents?) If so it trashes Paul Ansell's story of that morning and undermines his credibility. Such is the doubt thrown on the police account, we cannot even be sure she was in the field. (She could have been abducted as she parked her car - if she did - and someone else took dog and phone to the bench. What I would like to know is why " anti-terrorist police were at the scene" if the police were convinced, as they said, 'there was no criminal element to it'? What ATP? Local or flown in from London? Either way it's a red flag as to the story. The place she was found and how she was found is also highly suspicious. Close to the river, in an not-overlooked spot and significantly at the only pull-in place on the road, shouts deposition. Were police monitoring that section of the highway. If they did it would reveal crucial information but I am not optomistic. Even that scene, despite all the circumstantial evidence of foul play, was not treated as a 'crime scene' as one might expect. Incompetence cannot explain the failure which adds to the intrigue and the possibility the whole was orchestrated.

As of 3.3.2023:  The crucial information that we are not party to is where Nicola's was precisely located. This would determine whether or not it could have found its way there by water or road. The fact that the police did not create a crime scene prior and post the body reclamation is quite inexplicable. Valuable forensic material could have been missed. Did the members of the public including a well known 'Spiritualist' take images of the body's location that would clarify the point. Did the police? Was the body accessible from the river or was it so positioned, surrounded by branches, to make it impossible? If the latter it makes the dumping of the body from a parked vehicle the only viable explanation.

As of 6.3.2023: With ref. to
Nicola 'Nikki' Bulley | 'Further Evaluation'. Mind Juice: True Crime @ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wvIZzbO1EOE
Note at 14.42, the couple that found Nicola's body (Can we be sure it was? - I hope so) is shown, he a well known psychic or spiritualist. There is no evidence of a dog although that was publically claimed. He apparently was 'led' to the location and all the official searches failed. Incredibly, inexplicably, the recovery area was not sealed off as a crime scene. This tells us all we need to know about the police mind set: they are quite determined to treat this as a drowning with no suspicious circumstances. Their mind is obviously closed to all other possible explanations and has been from the start. Why? The only information from the Coroner is that the body was identified from her dental records. Nothing of the important forensic detail. Was she she still clothed and items such as fitbit still in place? Although the fitbit may not give positional information, it would presumably retain physiological information and critically when her heart ceased to beat. In a cases where the police is convinced no suspicious circumstances or crime, it is highly suspicious that this information has not been released.

As of 6.3.2023: I I agree that the vido link to 'viral stories' is interesting but, usefully or not, she is only stating the 'bleeding obvious'. The police are not, and never have, treated this case as a CRIME. Given the circumstances, I find this inexplicable and incomprehensible for one simple and obvious reason: Nicola was proved not to be in the river and in any event, could not have found her way (as a corpse) past the weir and shallows, without being detected, given the short time that had elapsed and the gigantic resourses deployed to locate her. There is only one conclusion, namely the body was placed where it was found subsequently, which must implicate person or persons unknown, in a criminal act of abduction and death. The reason the Lancashire Police, which has been under Home Office investigation for systemic failures in this area, has taken the line that it has, can only be explained by an early fixation on an assumption of suicide, based on Nicola's alleged disturbed state of mind, and subsequently being unprepared to change to save face. This is a common feature of police psychology: they have to be right even when it is obvious they are wrong. They are inherently averse to changing course or admitting error unless forced to do so. The sad fact is that this blinkered approach, has led to major errors in the investigation and to their conclusion that there are no suspicious circumstances. Unless the case is taken over by someone else at the Home Office's insistence, there is no likely prospect that the mystery will be solved or justice done for Nicola. That is a serious failure that can only be placed at the door of the Lancashire police. Strangely Paul Ansell speaks very highly of the police involvement, despite being adament in the belief that Nicola did not go in the river at the bench. I find it difficult to see how he can reconcile those two positions, but maybe it is understandable if he was not comparing like with like. In other words the police might have shown understanding, dispatch and effort, whilst still being fundamentally in error, both as to theory and investigative practice. As long as the police hold to their untenable position that there was no crime, the Coroner's inquest will hardly resolve anything. Given the very obvious problems, let us hope at least, that it will be in front of a jury, which will be able to decide whether Nicola's life and death has been properly treated.

It seems the police believe it is explained, namely drowning after falling in at the bench. How in the hell they can justify this reasoning beats me though. Obviously the Coroner either has accepted this or just feels there is no advantage in keeping body from burial or cremation and that all the useful post-mortem information that could be obtained has been. Presumably the family, which did not attend the proceedings, could have objected if they wished. No information has been forthcoming on the state of the body, importantly clothing and no info. on the fitbit which should be still attached and could provide critical info. on time of death, monitoring and recording as it does, vital signs. Another bit of important information, did the psychic take photos of the body when he found it? Amazingly I watched one gopro man picked up what appeared to be a blood stained handkerchief in the vicinity and put it down again!!!!!

As of 8.3.2023:  Obviously the focus of the review is to substantiate the opinion that the "police were right all along." There lies the problem, because all the factual evidence points in the OPPOSITE direction, namely that they were NOT right all along; that Nicola Bulley did NOT go into the water at the bench; that there must have been third party involvement and criminal intent; and that never to treat it as such from the beginning, was a grievous error in the investigation. The Crime Commissioner's statement only confirms this is intended to be another whitewash from the beginning, only compounding the mistakes already made.

Believing as I do, that Nicola was the victim of a criminal action or even conspiracy, the question must be asked what could have been the motivation? There are obvious ones but there may also be hidden ones. One thing is clear, given the nature of the circumstances and the very specific matters relating to dog and phone, if she was abducted, serious planning had gone into it and it would probably require more than one person. This was unlikely to have been an impromptu event but a carefully planned one, to avoid detection and to lay cause elsewhere. This applies as much to the location of the body where it was found, as to the disappearance itself. The apparent ruling-out of crime from the beginning, has left any potential abductor off the hook; the conviction she had drowned, abrogated the search for a captive living person. Were the serious police mistakes, down to ineptitude, or was a more sinister agenda at work? IF Nicola was abducted and killed, was it just a random crime or was there some reason behind it, yet to be revealed?

As of 9.3.2023: Two smartly dressed men went to the garage and obtained their CCT. "They were very assertive." The assumption was they were detectives. There were "two men with fishing rods acting suspiciously the day before near the footbridge but without supporting gear." One of the two "not wanting to show his face" was seen the next in the same vicinity. They were not locals or regulars. Both were reported to police who apparently rang back nine days later. Nine days! Neither sets of men have been identified or revealed themselves. As we have seen so many times in other events, CCTV has been collected to remove evidence as well as to reveal it. I have posed the question before but will do so again: Why were anti-terrorist officers initially on scene if the police were convinced from the outset there were no suspicious circumstances and no third party involvement .... let alone terrorism?

As of 9.3.2023: 'Curtis Media' arrested for filming the recovery of Nicola Bulley's body.

There is no doubt that the disappearance of forty-five year old Nicola Bulley on the 27th January, 2023, is a mystery that defies easy solution. As such it is one of those events that grabs the attention of the press and public and generates a great deal of rumour and speculation on both formal and informal platforms.

Two police officers recently outlined their investigations at a press conference, the details of which are reprinted below. This was partly to set the record straight and to counter unfounded criticisms that had been circulating in the media and on social platforms, such as Facebook and Twitter.

Revelations as to Nicola's mental state (see below) prior to her disappearance, normally a confidential matter, have led some, including the Home Secretary no less, to question the wisdom of the move and whether it lends anything to the search for a missing person.

However the limited information that has been released both by the police and immediate family makes clear that both were concerned about Nicola's emotional state. On the 10th January, 2023, seventeen days before she went missing,  police officers and social or medical workers attended her home, presumably at the request of family members. That is not a normal reaction to a family altercation or disturbance. It would require both planning and liason between services and so must have been a serious emotional incident. It would appear likely that 'Sectioning' under the Mental Health Acts must have been on the cards but not activated.

The police have confirmed that she was regarded as being 'vulnerable', which we may regard as code for suicide risk. They have also confirmed she had problems with alcohol abuse in connection to problematic menopausal treatment. The significance of this is to what extent it coloured assumptions and in particular that she had entered the river. Clearly although not articulated as such, those in control of the search believed she had gone into the river intentionally. This preoccupation, though denied, probably diverted attention and resources away from other possible explanations.

Her tearful father Ernie Bulley

Biographical details about Nicola are limited, but we know she was 45, in a long-term and stable relationship with Paul Ansell (44) with two daughters who of course are now missing their mum. She, we are told was a 'mortgage advisor', working from home it seems to a large extent, although from the fact that her phone was logged into a work call at the time of her disappearance, indicates she worked for a firm not revealed as far as I can see. There is a question as to whether her work colleagues realised she was actually walking the dog whilst on the call, or was there an element of deception to it?

Her mortgage job, seemingly based at Inskip, required special training and qualifications. (See: https://www.linkedin.com/in/nicola-bulley-408a4921b/) Her last two jobs are listed as follows:

  • On the face of it, this then is a truly mysterious and tragic event, whatever the outcome. The police have been heavily criticised, perhaps unfairly on the way in which they responded and have subsequentlty dealt with the investigation. On one level, the speed with which they reacted cannot be faulted. Apparently they were on scene within minutes of Mr Ansell's 999 call being made. (See police time-line below) The report was made at 11.00 am and by 12.00 specialist officers and police dogs were actively searching. Within four hours drone, helicopter and under water search teams had been deployed.  Given that there are over 360,000 missing person incidents every year, 170,000 of which, including 70,000 children are  apparently never located, if anything the speed with which the police reacted in this case and the way in which it gained national notoriety, is somewhat suspicious. What was it about this case that triggered such a huge, yet futile response, whilst clearly the overwhelming majority get little or none?  Also strange is the fact we are told anti-terrorist officers were sent to the site!  So what aspect of this 'missing person' incident triggered that?  The question has not been asked or answered but it certainly should be.

  • The police expended huge effort on the under-water search and brought in additional expertise. What they inexplicably didn't do was tape off a restricted crime scene and carry out a finger-tip and forensic search of the immediate area, presumably because they were fixated on, and convinced of, a river drowning. Bodies in water invariably surface after five or six days owing to natural processes, so by early February it must have already been clear she was not in the river or gone into it, unless she had got out again somewhere else.

  • Not only was a body not found but nor was any of the clothes or personal items she was carrying, particularly any not attached. In fact there seems to have been absolutely nothing - no signs on the bank, no messages, no screams or shouts for help, no wet Spaniel, no impressions let by footware, nothing - yet still the police stuck to their main 'hypothesis' and the river search effort continued. We might add Nicola was reputed to be an excellent swimmer and nothing seems likely in her physical or medical condition that might explain a collapse or unconscious cause of submersion.

  • By the normal process of elimination, if she did not go in the river and was not abducted by aliens (!) she must have left the site by some alternative route. The police assure us they have checked them all and ruled them out but this uncontrovertibly cannot be true, Whatever route is not covered by CCTV or other reliable evidence, MUST be the route she used, either by choice or by necessity. This should provide the necessary focus for police enquiry.

  • Undoubtedly the circumstances of her disappearance are exceeding strange and inexplicable. Her last reliable sighting was at 9.10 am. She is apparently active on her phone at a team meeting at 9.20 am and never gets to turn it off, so the window of opportunity for her disappearance is remarkably brief, lasting roughly fifteen minues or less, before the dog is found unattached to the lead or harness at 9.33 am.

  • If she had gone into the river, a Spaniel would surely have followed her, but why did it not follow her in any event, even by scent if she had slipped away when it was out of sight?  When found it was apparently running between bench and gate, but which gate?  We are left with two options: either Nicola left of her own free will, somehow outsmarting the dog trailing behind her OR she was forcibly abducted by the same method.  Would abductors have left the mobile phone on the bench knowing it was switched on? Wouldn't they have at least thrown it in the river?

  • On the other hand if Nicola had felt in any danger, would she have carefully placed it on the bench rather than holding on to it or putting it in her pocket?  And how did the dog's lead and harness get to the position it was found, half way between bench and river bank? Some might think the intention was to give the impression of entering the water either accidentally or intentionally. Another reason to leave behing a mobile might be to frustrate the ability to track it, pointing more to a planned disappeareance than an abduction.  The pale blue 'FitBit' she was wearing has not been found, so presumably she kept that on her wrist.  Unfortunately it seems its tracking function was either not activated or not available. To what extent is the monitoring information communicated externally? An obvious line to follow up.

  • Police are in a position to know the movements of all the other people lawfully in the vicinity and have obtained statements from them. Presumably none have reported seeing Nicola after 9.10 am but I am not in a position to say one way or another. These in addition to the CCTV are crucial in plotting her movements and in ruling out exit routes.

  • Apparently Nicola parked her Mercedes car at the school and took her keys with her. The keys have never subsequently appeared. According to Mr Ansell the family followed a regular morning routine, so it is likely Nicola did the same walk on the same route every day.  This  raises the possibility someone with bad intent had clocked her movements, sufficient to organise a carefully crafted abduction. Therefore if the police detectives have their wits about them, they will have extended their enquiries to cover previous days and weeks for any suspicious individuals or activity.

  • The disappearance is out of character and inexplicable. Nicola may have decided to abscond to escape domestic, personal and financial problems, but is it really believable that a caring mother would abandon her children and family in that way? Some have suggested it might be a sophisticate ruse to defraud a life insurance policy. Police could quickly rule that in or out. People have great difficulty disappearing altogether, without much prior planning: they need money, accommodation, travel, food, communication, all of which leave traces. Only with considerable technical and logistical support or extreme criminality, can these things be achieved.

  • To end I must admit in these strange and widely publicised events I do look out for familar indicators of rogue Deep State involvement, not unknown for wider political or social diversionary purpose. These can include dates and numbers amongst other things.  Multiples of threes and eleven in particular seem to occur with regular frequency during dodgy events. I note in this case the disappearance took place on a Friday. In such events this is popular to ensure weekend coverage and a recurring story from Monday on.  Attractive women and children are often used for maximum effect. Mystery and intrigue are useful attributes. An American connection and other coincidental aspects too numerous to mention.  Mr Ansell is forty four, a multiple of eleven - when did Nicola become forty-five? The 999 call was made at eleven. She was last seen at 09.11 (9/11 make of that what you will!)  She was noted missing at 9.33 (Multiples of both 3 and 11. 27th January, 2023 as coincidence would have it, was International Holocaust Memorial Day! END.

  • Today, Sunday 19th February, 2023 the police announced that at 11.36 am a body was located in the River Wyre near the village of St Michael on Wyre. It has yet to be confirmed it is that of Nicola Bulley, Cause of death is yet to be determined. The question to be resolved is how long the body has been in the water and why, if it has been there since the 27th January, why it was missed? They will also want to rule out the possibility it entered the water some time after that date.

  • I have watched on-site video of someone walking the route Nicola took. Apart from the fact of the absence of any movement of the water - presumably there must be some - there appears to be a weir that I would guess would provide an obstruction to any floating or submerged object. If this is correct and if Nicola in fact entered the water up-stream of it, this would be a major probem to where she was found.  The on-site video can be viewed here:   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g3CkCz3-8pw  I do not subscribe to any of the views expressed by the maker.  The very obvious weir appears at 2.30 in.  It certainly appears that this would have provided a very real obstruction to any body floating in the water. As far as I am aware, no one has drawn attention to this important detail.
Unfortunately a screenshot of the weir in question will not upload here for some technical reason.
  • Ah, managed it by a circuitous route!

  • As at 21.2.2023:  The senior female detective at the press conference displayed an eye-boggling lack of discretion in her choice of clothing. It suggested she was more interested in appearing glamourous than solving a disappearance that could have criminal causes. On the one hand we see policemen looking like Robo-cops. At the other, women dressed more appropriately for the cat walk.

  • Both represent much deeper policing and personal philosophies that have undermined public trust. They may also indicate where the search for Nicola Bulley and the 'hypotheses' informing it, went seriously wrong.

  • It started from the beginning with the inexcusable failure to establish a 'crime scene' in which a forensic investigation could take place. The discovery of Nicola's body in reeds a mile down-stream in no way vindicates their hypotheses or their actions. Instead of resolving questions, it merely raises newer and more sinister ones. That the police seem to be blind to the implications, adds further doubt as to their competence.

  • The location of Nicola's phone and her dog 'Willow's lead and harness has always puzzled me, as discussed in the main article above. Who, in taking a dog for a walk off the lead, also removes the collar or harness? Who considering suicide or even just falling into a river, places both on the bank? Who either absconding or being abducted, leaves their mobile phone, still tuned into a call, behind on a bench?

  • Both locations of these items seems to me to be intentional to support the construction the police chose, namely that Nicola entered the river at that point and drowned. Exhaustive manual and sonar searches incontrovertibly say she didn't. This leaves only intentional vacation or abduction as alternatives.

  • Although highly speculative, what if Nicola was never at the bench but had been forcibly removed by person or persons unknown, somewhere between where she was last positively seen and the bench; the perpatrators then placing the phone and lead in the places they were discovered? Were these items treated as evidence and subject to contamination protocols before being forensically examined for finger prints and DNA? If not it would be another significant investigation failure. END

  • As of 22.2.2023: This case gets more and more bizarre.

  • The man who claims to have led police to Nicola Bulley's body, Jason D. Rothwell, who also claims to be a Medium whose occult powers led him to her.  This image and information is from his public FaceBook page. He appears to be quite a notable celebrity in the Spiritualist Church world, making a living from his appearances.

  • No one has come up with a credible explanation of how she could have ended up in the location she was discovered in, if she had been in the river itself.  Nor was there any information on the state of the body although there have been some unofficial reports from claimed bystanders, that the body was unclothed, which of course if true, would raise other serious questions.

  • "A man who found Nicola Bulley's body in the River Wyre is a self-described 'spiritual medium' from Greater Manchester.

Jason Rothwell found the missing mum-of-two's body on Sunday, more than three weeks after she went missing. Her body was pulled from a stretch of the river which was less than a mile away from a bench where her phone was found on the morning of January 27. According to the

MailOnline, Mr Rothwell, from Oldham and his friend spoke to police at the scene on Sunday who later recovered the body. The pair were pictured pointing to the river before divers waded in.

  • Mr Rothwell said he was not asked by Lancashire Police or Nicola's family to 'become involved in the case' but said he decided to use 'what ever “gift” it is we mediums posses to try and locate' her. In a post on Facebook, he wrote: "It is with great regret that I have to address this issue at this time.

"But due to wide number of private enquires and threads now circulating on YouTube and TikTok, I feel I should but put a brief statement. As has obviously become apparent, yes it is myself in the images in the media currently circulating relating to the case of Nicola Bulley and yes yesterday morning it was myself and a friend who reported and assisted the police in the recovery of a body from the river Wyre.

  • "Such as it is it would be inappropriate of me to discuss in any further detail anything we may know about that body at this time, considering a formal identification of that body has yet to be confirmed. I would also like to just say a huge thank you to Lancashire police for their help, support and the open mindedness with which they dealt with us, following our call, spiritualists or mediums are obviously not something the police come across every day and I appreciate the respect given to us both.

"It is also important to mention, I was not asked by the police or Nicola’s family to become involved in this case, but having seen the wild speculation and hurtful commentary that has been ongoing, and having previously assisted in the recovery of another individual, I decided to use what ever “gift” it is we mediums posses to try and locate Nicola Bulley. I would however stress again, I can not confirm that body we traced yesterday is that of the lady in question.

  • "My thoughts and prayers are with her family, friend and loved ones at this time and I do hope, that if it is indeed Nicola, they can find some peace with this. If it is not, I would send my prayers to the family off whomsoever it may be. I would add as a final note, I will not be giving any further information or commentary at this time regarding the work involved in finding this person nor is it my place to engage in any discussion on how that body came to originally be in the water."

  • The bench is numbered '23' (Top Centre)

  • Nicola Bulley went missing on Friday 27th January, 2023.

  • She was found on Sunday 19th February, 2023.

  • That's 23 days.

  • So the bench where she went missing is numbered 23 and she was found 23 days after she went missing.  That's a very big coincidence. Not to mention this is 2023.

  • "It’s obvious that a blanket of secrecy has now been thrown over the tragic case of Nicola Bulley - a compliant media are doing the security services bidding - the lancashire police are busy blaming everyone else but themselves and Nicola’s partner is threatening to sue everyone - so that’s that then to all intents and purposes - nothing to see here - get back to dancing on ice and emmerdale - but to those of us with experience in these twilight worlds of subterfuge and dark cover ups it is plainly obvious that all is not what it seems - far from it in fact -
At the beginning of the search the police stated “there are no unusual domestic reasons for her disappearance” - that wasn’t strictly true -
We were told that she was a “mortgage broker” - that wasn’t strictly true either -
We were told that the river was being searched by specialist police teams and independent diving specialist -right down to the estuary - they all stated the she wasn’t in the water -
We were told that over 100 search specialists were combing the river banks using drones and sonar heat seeking equipment - we were told that there was nothing to be seen or found -
We then started digging ourselves on the BB site and found some very unusual facts which we published and they are still on that site -
We discovered a strange aerospace company owned and run by Nicola and her partner Paul Ansell - registered above a fish and chip shop in Porthcawl in Wales - Paul Ansell is an MRI aerospace engineer - Nicolas background is in MRI technology - that company was struck off on the 7 February after Nicola had gone missing -
We found that Paul Ansell had connections to both a very notorious post box address in Finsbury Road - London - and the Panama Papers -
We found that a friend and previous work colleague of Paul Ansell went missing in Poulton Le Fylde in Lancashire last October - his name was Derrick Clayton and was a retired MRI aerospace engineer at BAE industries - he has never been found -
We found that there were apparently two Paul Ansells - the second one worked for Marshall’s aerospace and was also an MRI aerospace engineer - strangely enough Derrick Clayton had also previously worked for Marshall’s -
The Police then told us that Nicola had serious alcohol issues related to early onset menopause and that she could be unstable - in direct contradiction of their earlier statement regarding her normal good health - they also informed us that they had been called out to Nicola’s home two weeks before she disappeared over a “domestic incident” -
We then had the extraordinary coincidence of a fake medium from Oldham finding a body on the river bank less than a mile from the bench where the dog was found - he was apparently there because he had “mystic powers” - he has now disappeared back to whence he came -
We then find out that the sacrificial lamb was to be the Independent diving specialist who has an 80% success record working with the police but couldn’t find Nicola - he still maintains that she wasn’t in the water when he searched it - he was NOT instructed to search the banks - he has now been removed from the police and security services list of experts - the Lancashire Police undertook the searches of the river banks -
We then are told that dental identification was needed - indicating that the body was unrecognisable after such a long time in the water - experts say that would not have been the case at all -
At the first inquest hearing - no cause of death was given and the file was marked classified and not for public consumption - none of Nicola’s family attended that hearing -
The links to these facts are on the BB site and I won’t post them again - all of this may be just a massive set of coincidences of course and you can make your own minds up about that - I know what I think - we shall never find out but it does all appear to have the hallmarks of well practiced government trade craft -
For reference purposes only with no allegations that they had anything to do with the Nicola Bulley case - Dr David Kelly - Dr Gerald McCann and Gareth Williams (the body in the zipped sports bag) were all involved in MRI rocket technology - xx"

  • If today's Times is anything to go by, now that Nicola Bulley's body has been recovered - a case that filled the newspapers, TV and Internet - is no longer a news story. Not unlike Co v id, one moment it is all you hear, next, nothing, despite there being a multitude of serious 'loose ends'. Of course this fits a pattern and raises suspicions - if not confirmation - of media and topic manipulation by those in charge of such things in government and elsewhere.

The 11 facts confirmed by Ms Ann are as follows:
1. Paul Ansell and Nicola Bulley mostly work from home, which is why he was there that day
2. They both do this walk regularly, and Paul is very well-known in the community and very well recognised
3. The dog never has her harness on for a chunk of the walk. Mr Ansell and Ms Bulley remove it at the gate of the top field and then put it back on again when they leave
4. Mr Ansell and Ms Bulley rarely take the ball out for walks with Willow now as she is very protective over it, and it hasn’t made an appearance on walks in a while
5. Ms Bulley would often put her phone on loudspeaker whilst talking
6. Willow, the dog, was found very close to the bench and the harness. The harness was found on the floor, not on the bench
7. Ms Bulley is an incredibly strong swimmer
8. Ms Bulley drove to the school to drop her two daughters off, left her car there and walked to the river
9. The dog was dry when found by a member of the public
10. The dog has since returned
11. There is CCTV at the back of the caravan park. However, the only camera that isn’t working is the one that would have seen everything.

Wow NICOLA BULLEY this is getting more strange by the day, just read the following post i have copied and posted just now
From doing some research into Nicola Bulley's partner. Mr Paul David Ansell
This is her partners company. It coincidently fell into financial hardship the very week she went missing. I believe this is an insurance job. The police should be looking into the motives. Just check all the accounts. Also, it appears on other businesses; on the partner's business account that he owned one of the caravan parks near to her disappearance.
We should be looking out of the box. You can view the other Registered businesses. But if the partners has life insurance for her, he can make a claim once she hasn't been found for so long.
Could you do your own investigation?
She's either safe and well and the partner plotted something to make her disappear and claim money, with a new identity.
Or the partners had a motive to get rid of her, so he can make an insurance claim. To help save his failing business which he hasn't filed the tax for. He had a first gazette notice, the very week she went missing. Meaning the government would take all the assets of the business without payment.

Nicola Bulley Missing Person Investigation 15/02/2023

OFFICIAL LANCASHIRE CONSTABULARY PRESS RELEASES (2)

Wednesday, February 15, 2023

https://www.lancashire.police.uk/news/2023/february/nicola-bulley-missing-person-investigation-15022023/

Our search for missing mum-of-two Nicola Bulley has now entered its 20th day and the work surrounding the investigation is continuing.

We continue to comb the River Wyre and surrounding area down and out into the sea. We have also consulted with several national experts in their field, including environmental and tidal experts.

This investigation involves a dedicated team of more than 40 detectives sifting through hundreds of hours of CCTV and dashcam footage, speaking to numerous witnesses, carrying out digital enquiries and examining hundreds of pieces of information submitted by the public. The sole focus of our work has been to find Nicola, bring her home for her family and give them the answers that they so desperately need.

We are acutely aware that there has been and continues to be a huge amount of commentary and speculation which is damaging to the investigation, and we want to take you through exactly what we have been doing over the last 20 days.

todays press conference

Today's press conference held today at Hutton HQ with ACC Peter Lawson and Det. Supt. Rebecca Smith

Nicola was reported missing at 11am on Friday, January 27th and, due to vulnerabilities reported to us at the time, was immediately graded as a high-risk missing person.

Nicola’s family continue to be our absolute focus and our thoughts remain with them. We have specially trained officers who continue to support them and update them daily.

We have described how Nicola had some vulnerabilities at the time she went missing and we just wanted to expand on that a little.

Sadly, it is clear from speaking to Paul and the family that Nicola had in the past suffered with some significant issues with alcohol which were brought on by her ongoing struggles with the menopause and that these struggles had resurfaced over recent months. This caused some real challenges for Paul and the family.

As a result of those issues, a response car staffed by both police and health professionals attended a report of concern for welfare at Nicola’s home address on January 10th. No one has been arrested in relation to this incident, but it is being investigated.

It is an unusual step for us to take to go into this level of detail about someone’s private life, but we felt it was important to clarify what we meant when we talked about vulnerabilities to avoid any further speculation or misinterpretation.

We have explained to Nicola’s family why we have released this further information and we would ask that their privacy is respected at this difficult time.

Since then, we have done an unprecedented amount of work to try to find her.

Some of this work has included:

  • Visiting more the 300 premises.
  • Speaking to almost 300 people.
  • Receiving and acting upon around 1500 pieces of information received into the enquiry.

We have conducted physical searches of both the river and the land and have used specialist resources from the police and other agencies including underwater search teams, drones, horses, dogs and the police helicopter.

Because many of our key witnesses know Nicola, and there is a significant amount of CCTV coverage in this area, we have been able to, from very early on in the investigation, plot Nicola’s movements and significantly narrow down the timings, to focus on a period of time where we need to concentrate our enquiries.

What we have established is that:

  • Nicola was in the upper field at approximately 09.10
  • We know that her mobile phone is in the area of the bench at approximately 09.20
  • At approximately 09.33, a local dog walker finds Willow running around off her lead.
  • Nicola’s mobile phone is faced upwards on the bench.
  • Willow’s harness and lead were halfway between the bench and the river.

We are aware of reports in the media about a red van being reported to us and we would like to stress that while this has been reported to us and we are making efforts to identify the owner at this time there is nothing to suggest this was anything other than one of many hundreds of vehicles in the area that morning. The inquiry team are working through hundreds of pieces of information and reports such as this in the media can distract them from genuine enquiries.

Throughout this investigation we continue to keep an open mind about what might have happened to Nicola, and we continue to look at all the potential scenarios as we would in any major enquiry. Based on all the extensive work looking at CCTV, dashcam and other evidence, there is nothing to suggest that Nicola left the field. Due to this, we continue to believe the most likely scenario is that Nicola has fallen into the river. However, we continue to have a dedicated investigation team working on this enquiry. We will continue to be as transparent as we can be and to release information when we can, but you will appreciate that it must be factual.

Search efforts continue at this intensity for the proceeding days.

Land Search

land search nbiWe carried out a search of the land in the immediate vicinity of the area where Nicola was last seen. This consisted of police search teams with trained Counter Terrorist Officers carrying out extensive area searches. They were joined by police dogs and drones.

Fire and Rescue dogs and Firefighters were on the ground assisting the search efforts, as well as 24 Bowland Pennine Mountain Rescue volunteers.

The National Police Air Service helicopter was deployed to search the area.

Wyreside Farm caravan site and the caravans were searched, as well as the abandoned house identified.

All searches carried out followed the nationally established search procedures.

River Search

river search nbiOur search of the river included an intense search around the bench location, using sonar, underwater cameras and police divers. We were also joined by SGI and Fire Service, who deployed their underwater drone ROV and pole cameras. This search was conducted down to the weir. Cumbria Police specialist search dogs joined the search too.

Below the weir Police Officers, Firefighters and Mountain Rescue carried out surface searches downstream towards Great Eccleston.

The Fire Service boat was deployed along with assistance from Lancaster Search and Rescue volunteers. Police divers waded the weir, with the NPAS helicopter covering the length of the river.

We continued expanding the search further to the sea following expert advice from the Environment Agency, academics and government oceanographer. Sonar was used continually down the river as far as Cartford Bridge, where a tidal stretch starts. Defence science and technology laboratory have assisted with these searches too.

From Cartford to the coast HM Coastguard, Police Marine Units, Police Dogs, West Cumbria Search and Rescue and volunteers from Specialist Search Dogs carried out continued searches. They were supported by Fleetwood Inshore Lifeboat Maritime Volunteer Service.

Wider Search

Nicola Bulley - family statement

Thursday, February 16, 2023

https://www.lancashire.police.uk/news/2023/february/nicola-bulley-family-statement/

Our sole focus throughout the investigation has been to find Nicola, to bring her home and to support her family through the trauma they are experiencing.  The most important person in all of this is Nicola.

As we approach the three-week anniversary of her going missing on Friday, 27 January, we remain committed to doing everything we can to find her.  Nicola’s family have asked us to issue a statement from them.

The family said: "It has now been three weeks since Nikki went missing.  We, as a family, believe that the public focus has become distracted from finding Nikki, and more about speculation and rumours into her and Paul’s private life.

"As a family, we were aware beforehand that Lancashire Police, last night, released a statement with some personal details about our Nikki.

"Although we know that Nikki would not have wanted this, there are people out there speculating and threatening to sell stories about her.  This is appalling and needs to stop.

"The police know the truth about Nikki and now the public need to focus on finding her.

"Due to the peri menopause Nikki suffered with significant side effects such as brain fog, restless sleep and was taking HRT to help but this was giving her intense headaches which caused Nikki to stop taking the HRT thinking that may have helped her but only ended up causing this crisis.

"The public focus has to be on finding her and not making up wild theories about her personal life.

"Despite what some media outlets and individuals are suggesting, we are being updated daily and receive support from our family liaison officers.

"Nikki is such a wonderful daughter, sister , partner and mother and is missed dearly - we all need you back in our lives.

"Nikki, we hope you are reading this and know that we love you so much and your girls want a cuddle. We all need you home. You can reach out to us, or you can contact MissingPeople.org.uk.  Don’t be scared, we all love you so very much."

And then there is this ... ?

Who knew Paul Ansell, who is Nicola Bulley's partner, is a crisis actor 🤔 ?

Is Pauly the same as Paul????

Today, Sunday 19th February, 2023 the police announced that at 11.36 am a body was located in the River Wyre near the village of St Michael. It has yet to be confirmed it is that of Nicola Bulley, Cause of death is yet to be determined. The question to be resolved is how long the body has been in the water and why, if it has been there since the 27th January, why it was missed? They will also want to rule out the possibility it entered the water some time after that date.

There are some very strange things about this case I agree. Having worked in various investigative roles for over 25yrs I can say that there is a media policy and investigative policy. The investigative policy won't be disclosed to the public particularly if there is the potential of vigilantes running around breaking into empty properties and caravans. The location of the bench should have been fully forensically examined along with the harness, dog lead and mobile phone. This may well have occurred along with a CSI search and POLSA search teams. If this hasn't occurred, which the Police have no obligation to report to the media or public then it is a neglect of duty and will come to light eventually. I can't find anything in relation to the Fitbit tracker which people seem to be missing...I do recall reading that it was updated a few days after her disappearance...this could be very relevant as would it have updated if she was in a river? If there are indeed 40 Detectives working on this case then all CCTV in the surrounding area should have been recovered immediately, both prior to the event and following..this could be done by 2 detectives in a couple of days. No detectives have been searching the river as they are separate units. The rather strange Superintendent stated there are 40 Detectives working the case which is normal. That is far from normal for a missing person who has fallen in the river, you'd be lucky to have two detectives working on it in my experience. If they do have a large team working on which I would suggest they do by know you'll have telecoms investigators tracking the movements of her phone. Along with financial investigators looking into card usage and data as well as looking into the family's financial situation and medical records. The SIO should have identified themselves by now and the hypothesis theory clarified, however if it suggests a third party involvement they may not disclose this. The possible suspects/abductors if they exist could be under surveillance to identify her location. Over and out!!!
