Reference the article below “[UK-911-Truth] John Kerry and Zionist
Apartheid/Kerry Grovels over Israeli ‘Apartheid’ – Alex James May 5, 2014″
“apartheid – Origin: 1940’s: from Afrikaans, literally ‘separateness’, from
Dutch apart ‘separate’ + -heid (equivalent of -hood). [MASS NOUN]
• historical (In South Africa) a policy or system of segregation or
discrimination on grounds of race.” http://www.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/english/apartheid
If at its most basic level, “apartheid” means a State applying two distinct
systems of administrative law to two distinct categories of its citizens, either
advantageous or disadvantageous, then in my view it is demonstrably clear that
the Zionist State of Israel is such.
It was clear to me forty years ago when travelling in a Palestinian taxi when it
was stopped at every stage on a journey from the Allenby Bridge to Jerusalem.(1)
In contrast Jewish taxis were never stopped. This I was told by the driver, was
just another little example of how Palestinians were discriminated against. Even
on security grounds it made absolutely no sense. Any intelligent terrorist would
only have to provide a Jewish taxi to proceed with impunity.
Of course this is but only one very minor and old example. The State likes to
brag of its “Democratic” and “Rule of Law” founding principles. For the resident
Palestinians this is a particularly sick joke. The law, even were they able to
access it, fails to protect either their person (torture in detention has been
standard practice for decades) (2)(3) (4)or property (5)(6) and despite a
notable 1999 High Court ruling, torture in custody continues (7) Notice I have
not even referred to the deplorable actions of the Israeli military against
civilians including the deployment of chemical weapons in (at least) the use of
Phosphorus bombs on Gaza or of its contempt of international treaties on
chemical and atomic weapons all in the name of a precarious and contentious
“security”.
There is now an international movement to draw attention to these abuses within
the framework of a State committed to apartheid. (8) It deserves support from
all right thinking persons around the world who are opposed to state terrorism
and oppression. If the State of Israel is offended, so be it. If it wishes not
to be so regarded by the international community, let it change its ways. Until
it does, it deserves all the opprobrium it gets. Kerry was right to say what he
did, and wrong to apologise for doing so. Such is the power of the Jewish vote,
and only confirms our worst fears about its sinister influence, extending as it
does to our own shores.END.

(3) Torturing childrenhttp://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/middleeast/israel/10135157/Israel-furious-at-UN-report-detailing-torture-of-Palestinian-children.html
“It continued: “[Palestinian children are] systematically subject to physical
and verbal violence, humiliation, painful restraints, hooding of the head and
face in a sack, threatened with death, physical violence, and sexual assault
against themselves or members of their family, restricted access to toilet, food
and water.
“These crimes are perpetrated from the time of arrest, during transfer and
interrogation, to obtain a confession but also on an arbitrary basis as
testified by several Israeli soldiers as well as during pretrial detention.””
(4) 2014 Australian ABC TV “Four Corners” Investigationhttps://www.wsws.org/en/articles/2014/02/13/pale-f13.html
“Qusai Zamara, one of the boys interviewed, was 14 years old when he was
abducted from his bed during a late-night military raid on his family home in
the West Bank. He was taken to an interrogation facility and tortured into
confessing to throwing stones at Israeli citizens and security forces. This
accusation is commonly used by the Israeli military to justify the repression,
arbitrary arrests and killings meted out against the Palestinian people.
“There was a big machine with electrical wires on it connected to the
electricity,” Zamara said. “He would throw me on the ground and hit me… He
also had a whip with a hose, which he hit me with… He said, ‘Either confess or
we’ll beat you up and bring your parents, beat them up and break their bones’.”
After signing a confession written in Hebrew, which he did not understand,
Zamara later found out that many additional crimes had been added.”
“Fifteen-year-old Fahti Mahfouz explained what happened when he refused to
confess. He was kept in prison for 82 days and tortured. Mahfouz said that the
lead interrogator “sent me to a room that had a cross in it and hung me on it. I
was standing on the tips of my toes and all my weight was on the handcuffs and
my toes … and he kept hitting me.” When he was taken down five hours later,
“white foam started coming out of my mouth. Two men came and took me to first
aid. Then my chest was cramped. I couldn’t breathe. He took me in and asked me,
‘Where’s the pain?’ Then he’d press on it and hit it.””
“The interviews make clear that the abuse is not the callous actions of a few
rogue soldiers, but a strategy organised by the Israeli government and security
forces. It is part of the decades-long suppression of the Palestinian population
that has included targeted assassinations of political opponents and illegal and
disproportionate wars of aggression, most recently the 2008–2009 slaughter in
Gaza.”
(5) Discriminatory Laws http://adalah.org/eng/Israeli-Discriminatory-Law-Database.
“There are more than 50 Israeli laws that discriminate against Palestinian
citizens of Israel in all areas of life, including their rights to political
participation, access to land, education, state budget resources, and criminal
procedures. Some of the laws also violate the rights of Palestinians living in
the 1967 OPT and Palestinian refugees.”
(6) “The Law of Return” enshrines discrimination within the unwritten
constitution of the state. http://electronicintifada.net/content/wests-silence-towards-israels-racial-discrimination-unacceptable/7764
“While the Law of Return is generous towards immigration of Jews from around the
world, it discriminates against Palestinians who were actually born on the land
and their descendants. Hundreds of thousands Palestinian refugees who fled the
violence and aggression of Zionist militias and Israeli forces from 1948 until
today, have been cut off from their land and property inside Israel. The Law of
Return does not recognize their right of return, simply because they are not
Jewish. Still today, Palestinians are not allowed to return to their villages.”
Not only so but incredibly racial laws adopted could have been taken out of the
German Nazi handbook as the following extract demonstrates: “Another example of
institutionalized racial discrimination in Israel is a temporary law passed by
the Knesset, or parliament, in 2003 to prevent Palestinians from the occupied
West Bank or Gaza Strip who married Israeli citizens to live in Israel. As a
consequence Palestinian citizens of Israel who marry Palestinians from the
occupied territories will either have to move to there, or live apart from their
husbands or wives. The Law does allow for Palestinian male spouses of 35 years
and older and female spouses of 25 years and older to apply for temporary visit
permits to Israel. However, the children born from these marriages will be
denied citizenship at the age of 12 and will also be forced to move out of
Israel. This “temporary” law was extended by the Knesset in 2007.”
(7) Shin Bet torture continues http://www.jpost.com/Defense/Israeli-NGO-accuses-Shin-Bet-of-using-torture-despite-High-Court-ban-337196
“Beyond rolling back tactics though, PCATI said that Shin Bet agents are never
held accountable, noting that since 2001, out of 800 complaints filed with the
Shin Bet, not a single one led to even opening a criminal investigation, let
alone an indictment or a conviction.”
