The Covid Contracts Scandal!
Absolutely no due diligence before awarding huge amounts of public money. Who will be held responsible?
Copied from Gordon Bowden Group.
On 1 April an order for £10m was placed with Medco Solutions Ltd, a London-based company that apparently only incorporated on 26 March, three days after lockdown, with a share capital of just £2. It was the first of over sixty such contracts placed with a variety of suppliers, some quite unusual and under emergency rules, bypassing the normal competitive tendering process that ensures best value.
Ok. This is no April Fool’s joke. This is real.
People have been asking about companies that seemed to have sprung up from nowhere that were awarded British Government procurement contracts for Personal Protective Equipment (P.P.E.).
Let’s have a look at Ayanda Capital that has been making the rounds in the News lately:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/amp/uk-53672841
Let’s have a look at the Companies House data for Ayanda:
https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/11807105/officers
Doesn’t seem to be any financial information for Prospermill and Andrew Mills
http://companycheck.co.uk/search?term=Prospermill
Let’s have a look at Nathan Philip Engelbrecht from Ayanda:
https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/11014884/officers
https://companycheck.co.uk/director/918518643/MR-NATHAN-PHILIP-ENGELBRECHT/companies
Mr Nathan Philip Engelbrecht holds 6 appointments at 6 active companies, has resigned from 2 companies and held 6 appointments at 6 dissolved companies. Their longest current appointment spans 5 years, 0 months and 14 days at GUEST BAR LTD
The combined cash at bank value for all businesses where NATHAN holds a current appointment equals £1.4m, a combined total current assets value of £2.9m with a total current liabilities of £1.6m and a total current net worth of £-1.5m.
This little terraced house address in Richmond comes up quite a bit:
21 Albert Rd
21 Albert Rd, Richmond TW10 6DJ

He also has three Companies House ID profiles:
http://companycheck.co.uk/search?term=NATHAN%20PHILIP%20ENGELBRECHT
He seems to be business partners with the Horlick family.
If we look at Timothy Piers Horlick (the Chairman of Ayanda Capital) we see a lot of connections to Bitcoin. Always a red flag. Steer well clear of Bitcoin. It’s just another Ponzi scam.
Oh, by the way, this is what we currently have on Medco Solutions, only incorporated on 26th March.

Let’s have a look at Uniserve Ltd based in Essex. There seems to be a maze of freight and logistic companies attached to it:

Uniserve Holdings Ltd

Let’s now have a look at P14 Medical from Liverpool. Not a very healthy Net Worth figure at all, with only £145 in Cash.

Pestfix seems to be a dormant company. No financials showing.

https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/07868403/filing-history
Why was a dormant company given a PPE contract? Well, it would appear that the Government has been caught with its trousers down and had to correct its self with regards Pestfix and Crispy Websites:

Well, what else can we say about this coffee machine supplying company that isn’t already in the News?
Let’s have a look at Medicine Box Ltd:
https://companycheck.co.uk/search?term=Medicine+box
Cash. N/A. Why was a Government contract given to a company with no cash or sufficient assets to fulfill the task?
Initia Ventures. Another dormant company.
What the hell is British Government playing at handing out these procurement contracts out like sweets?

Linked to a “nominee” firm…another red flag.

How about Monarch Acoustics, makers of office furniture from Nottingham?

Here is a list of the relevant procurement tenders by the way:

How about Luxe Lifestyle, no employees, no turnover, no financials.

Come on!
How about recruitment firm Aventis Solutions from Wilmslow with Net Assets of £322 being awarded a procurementcontractto supply PPE? What does recruiting have to do with PPE?
https://companycheck.co.uk/search?term=Aventis+Solutions+
https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/07673288/persons-with-significant-control
How about Human Resources firm SG Recruitment firm being awarded a PPE contract!? I mean. Seriously? What’s going on here?

Nurses’ shoes supplier Toffeln from Bristol can, at least, show that it has got some experience of providing equipment to the NHS.

MGP, a venture capital firm, was about to be struck off, but Michael Garrick Pearce managed to squeeze a contract through it would appear.

http://companycheck.co.uk/director/922386883/MR-MICHAEL-GARRICK-PEARCE/summary
About MR MICHAEL GARRICK PEARCE

The combined cash at bank value for all businesses where MICHAEL holds a current appointment equals £360.9k, a combined total current assets value of £679.4k with a total current liabilities of £127.5k and a total current net worth of £327k.
At least he’s connected to a distillery firm, which would make sense for hand sanitisers. But, he does like to move around Companies House with different ID numbers:
http://companycheck.co.uk/search?term=MICHAEL%20GARRICK%20PEARCE
Where is the Due Diligence here? It takes just a simple 2 minute job to see if a company has the necessary skills, expertise and financial acumen to fulfil a procurement contract. Why does the taxpayer have to fork out £millions to so many of these companies that prior to the contracts being awarded had little or no experience of providing PPE. It’s an absolute disgrace and a scandal.

ReplyDeleteTHE COVID CONTRACTS (CONSERVATIVE PARTY GIVING PUBLIC MONEY IN BUNGS TO THEIR ASSOCIATES AND SUPPORTERS)
From start to finish this policy has been reckless and dangerous, besides being profligate and corrupt. It is driven by a priori beliefs and prognostications centring on Gates and his acolytes. A 'gain of function' entity was engineered by Fauci and his organisation, and set loose on the world to fulfil well publicised plans for depopulation and authoritarian government. Only universal non compliance will limit the spread of this evil philosophy, dependent on fear and submission. General vaccination ensures the self-fulfilling prophesy of more disease and death. Parliament and media have proved themselves not only impotent but complicit. Only general realisation and resistance can frustrate these devilish designs.
ReplyDeleteIt's good to keep it in perspective but of course this is but one of literally hundreds of reported adverse side effects. How many people who have been given the jab realise they are actually part of a drugs trial or were informed of the possible side effects? Incredibly the government decided not to monitor deaths following vaccination. All we know is that they peaked after the programme was rolled out in December. Nor are the Pfizer, AZ or other substances actually 'vaccines'. They are man-made concoctions designed to mimic the RNA, so it is no surprise if they also mimic the symptoms in around 3% of cases, which was actually predicted. This might have been acceptable if the jab afforded protection and prevented transmission. Neither it is now admitted is the case! Nor can it be justified to administer them to individuals effectively (0.005%) in danger from the virus - i.e. any healthy person under 65 and certainly not children which has been proposed. The vaccination roll-out, as with many other aspects, is a slowly unravelling scandal of quite gigantic proportions, for which probably no one will be held accountable. The system works like this: the people pay tax to govt. The govt. decides how to spend it. The NHS, education system and scientific research is largely steered by, and dependent on, govt funding. They must do and say what govt. dictates or they don't get funded. Dissent, the essence of good science, is not allowed. Conformity is all. The people are fed only one view - the government's, subject to corrupt forces, they never learn the truth or are permitted to disagree. This is just the medieval Catholic Church in secular form and it will, if unchecked, have the same disastrous consequence.
