Nicola Bulley and the Kabbalistic Coincidences
Whenever a tragic or violent event happens getting widespread media coverage, I am alert to features that might suggest occult or ritualistic connections. The disappearance of Nicola Bulley certainly qualifies on the first count, so does it on the second?
Masonic influence in the Lancashire Police

Everyone must be aware of Free Masonry, a secret society with distant roots in Knights Templar, suffused with ritualistic imagery, is prolific in the legal profession and law enforcement. It would be naive to think this does not have practical implications in certain situations. The organisation has 'levels' of membership and involvement, represented by the pyramid topped by an all-seeing, divine 'eye'. Thirty three (33) represents the uppermost level and is therefore highly significant.
What strikes me as very strange about the Bulley case is how it has been mismanaged by the police and specifically how in more than three weeks, they doggedly refused to contemplate a criminal act. This to some extent might have been understandable, if and as long as, they has strong reason to believe she had fallen in the river. But as soon as it became clear she was not in the river and indeed that it was impossible she could have drifted down it by virtue of a physical obstruction in the form of a weir, holding to that position became untenable.
Yet despite this, as cavalier an approach was demonstrated to where Nicola's body was recovered, as to where it was believed to have disappeared. The failure of creating a crime scene, with all its forensic implications, might arguably be forgiven at the first; it was inexcusable at the second. Such a failure strongly suggests a criminal explanation was still ruled out by investigating officers, despite all the circumstantial evidence. This was confirmed by the statement from the Crime Commissioner, Andrew Snowden, that "the police’s working theory that Nicola sadly entered the river was correct".
Either total incompetence or some unrevealed secret agenda, is the only rational explanation. The Chief Constable of the force, Chris Rowley who has been in post since 1st April, 2021, has been strangely absent from nearly all public appearances. When he did appear with the Commissioner for a photo op., it was described by Former Royal Protection chief and Met divisional commander Dai Davies as "crass". Inaccurate Police Information
And this is not all. In public announcements by Superintendent Sally Riley and Detective Superintendent Rebecca Smith, specifically innaccurate information was given out relating to what Nicola was wearing that conflicted with video images. Not only was the wrong road referred to (Garstang Road instead of Blackpool Road) she termed it as the non-existent 'Garstang Lane', whilst not even referring Hall Lane, outside the school where her walk began!
In addition she made a public appeal for video cam footage at the very time they claimed Nicola was already in the upper field, well distant from the road referred to, namely 9.10 to 9.15 am. In other words the police got everything wrong: description, place and time. It is hard to explain other than by either gross incompetence or intentional diversion.
Subsequently other information, such as a woman in a red coat seeing and identifying Nicola, proved incorrect. In fact it turns out there was little reliable evidence Nicola did what she is said to have done at all!
We may wonder how many of the police actors in this case, are members of the Free Masons and whether their membership has affected their stance in any way?
Symbolic Indicators?
As I have indicated in the title, symbolic features, if they do exist, may always be explained rationally or as a result of pure coincidence. However the more frequently they occur, the greater the possibility they may hold some significance as an imprecise indicator or 'fingerprint' as to cause and character of the event.
It is well known that both religious and secular organisations frequently rely heavily on representational images, dates, numbers and ritual. We only have to think of the up-coming Coronation of Charles III to see how this ceremony, redolent with ritual meaning, still has relevance in the modern age. In most cases this is benign but wherever it appears we can be sure it has deep historical roots and deep human psychological meaning. Indeed we may claim that the whole of life is symbolic to some degree.
Words have mystical significance and power. Numbers provide the very key to the secrets of the universe, and from ancient times were considered thus. It is therefore not fanciful to believe that if some events are created or manipulated for hidden purposes, they may also incorporate elements that intentionally label them as such. The more bizarre and unlikely they are, the less likely coincidence explains them.
Ritual slaughter as a human phenomenum has a long history. Of course it is still practiced with animals, sometimes overtly, sometimes dressed up as something else, as with fox and stag hunting. More covertly and unacknowledged, is human sacrifice which undoubtedly has and does take place, within the most secret settings and sometimes revealing its ugly face. It is a chilling thought that more frequently than is admitted, humans can fantasize or even carry out these acts.
Innumerable murders have taken place over time. It is likely that only a minority are prosecuted as crimes and even fewer gain notoriety. Is it possible that some of these were carried out with ancilliary ritualistic motive or marker?
Ritualistic indicators
This is not a new or novel thesis. We can cite Robero Calvi hanging from Blackfriars Bridge, in which the religious, Masonic and Mafia connections are obvious. The Classical mythological parallels were drawn attention to at the funeral service of Princess Diana. Many more examples exist too numerous to mention.
Focusing in on the case in point, we may ask if what appears to be an intentional ramming by a car of Dan Walker on his pedal cycle one day after Nicola Bulley's body was recovered, was anything more than a unfortunate and dangerous coincidence? He was riding in central Sheffield. The police state "enquiries are on-going" so clearly the offending driver did not stop.
So with all this in mind, let us endeavour to list all the strange numerical, linguistis and visual coincidences in the Bulley case and you can decide whether or not they are point to something more oblique and hidden.
What's in a name?
The three central characters in this affair are Nicola Bulley (now deceased) Paul Ansell and their joint friend, Emma White.
I have to admit I was immediately struck by the name Bulley, as it seemed to resonate with a high profile public concern: Bullying in schools; as a factor in sexual manipulation and exploitation; bullying partners of Muslim extremists; bullying in Parliament by MPs and Ministers.
Ansell I discover comes from the old German, meaning "God" and helm, meaning "helmet" and taken to mean "protected by God", which is coincidentally interesting. It poses the question as to what extent he is innocent and/or protected?
No doubt in the case of Emma White, we think of 'whiter than white' or total innocence, as the case may be, despite reservations and suspicions, no doubt speculative and unfounded, raised in many quarters. The Crime Commissioner's name of Snowden, may evoke similar reaction.
The dog interestingly is called 'Ripple'. No one has offered an explanation as it how it got its name but my conspiratorial mind immediately sprang to the film called the 'Ripple Effect', that blew the whistle on the deception of the 7/7 London tube terrorist attack.
Times, Dates and Numbers
As virtually everyone must now know, numbers have ritualistic significance and when they are specifically referred to, they raise questions in the mind: are they indicators of something else?
Multiples of 3, 5 and 11 keep appearing in pivital events. Could we have a better example in "9/11", the proven cataclysmic criminal fraud, that ushered in the 'New Century'?
I first noticed the very specific time issued for finding Nicola missing, or more precisely the dog 'Ripple' without its owner. This was given as 9.33 am. Besides the fact that 3x3=9, the significance of thirty three to Masonry has already been referred to. Is it worth mentioning in passing the 'Thirty-Nine Steps', the famous espionage story by John Buchan?
Nicola supposedly went missing on the 27 January, 2023 which just happened to be Jewish Holocaust Day. It was the 339th day from the end of the year. Her body was recovered on the 19th February, 2023, when in northern Europe Fastavn is celebrated a week before Lent, a period of abstinence and personal sacrifice.
This was twenty-three (23) days after she first disappeared. By a strange coincidence, the bench at the location she was assumed to have entered the river, was also numbered '23'! In numerology this has been referred to as the 'enigma number' as it seems to be associated with unsolved mysteries. Popular culture suggests that 'the number 23 appears with unusual frequency in various contexts and may be a symbol of some larger, hidden significance.'
I have now discovered on the 1st May, 2000 a two year old boy, Reece Maybury went missing from a caravan park and drowned in the same river close to the Skippool area that recieved a strange, publicised visit by a forensically dressed person recently. Then today (25.3.23) this headline from America: "
23 dead and dozens injured as tornadoes devastate southern US state of Mississippi.
The Coroner's Inquest has been set for 26th June, 2023 which happens to be the 1st day of Hajj or Muslim Obsrvance and 177 -> 188 days in the year.
Interestingly Ariana Grande (of Manchester bombing fame) was born on 26th June 1993 in Boca Raton, USA, making it her 30th birthday. Meanwhile Nicola and her partner were 45 and 44 respectively, multiples of 5 and 11.
Place
The events took place in St Michael's on Wyre. The place rather obviously takes its name from both Church and River. The iconography of St Michael is interesting. He is an archangel in unusually four faiths: Judaism, Christianity, Islam and Baha'i! He appears in 3rd Century BC Jewish texts and is later adopted by the other religions mentioned. He is 'apocalyptic' in nature and is said to intercede between God and humanity serving as High Priest in the heavenly sanctuary; where he accompanies the souls of the righteous dead to Paradise. 'Wyre' on the other hand has the straightforward meaning of 'a winding river' from its Celtic roots.
Conclusion
The disappearance of Nicola Bulley remained a mystery for twenty three days, culminating in the tragic discovery of her body, her identity determined by her dental records. Despite this denouement, in large part the case still remains a mystery. The police explanation, held doggedly throughout that she fell into the river and drowned without third-party involvemet, despite being contradicted by the exhaustive search and the physical characteristics of the river, is puzzling and deserves explanation. No details of the recovered body have been made public. Will they and the results of the autopsy, support the police theory or throw doubt on it?
Why the police did not correct their mistakes or change their 'hypothesis' in the light of the evidence, is inexplicable. This and the inaccurate information given to the public raises the question as to whether they ever had an open mind on the case, or wished to solve the mystery, let alone crime. If it was a crime it means that the person or persons involved, are still out there, with the character and modus of a killer. Accusations have been made that the Lancashire Police is staffed by many members of the Free Masons. Whether any of the strange coincidences, linguistics or symbology has any bearing on the case as indicative of Masonic or other secret societal involvement is highly speculative and remains so, but that does not mean it should be ruled out as a possible factor in this profoundly worrying case. Interesting how Macdonalds manages to creep into the picture. I have pointed this out so many times as a bit of a giveaway of manipulation. Not clear where this was taken or the significance of the dates on the pillars as they seem unrelated to Nicola.
Wrong information: Funeral actually on 8th March, 2023. "5 days ago — The mum-of-two, who went missing in January before being found dead last month, was laid to rest on Wednesday (March 8) at St Michael's in Wyre ..." So why state the 15th which of course is the 'Ides of March' comemorating the murder of Julius Caesar.
On the 3rd February, 2023 a car park at ........, the home of Nicola's parents, received a rather obvious 'foresnsic examination' by a lone female officer with a van, helpfully filmed by an unknown person. Whatever the reason for this and whether it was merely theatre or not, it is clearly in stark contrast to how the areas where Nicola was alleged to have fallen in the river - with a complete absence of evidence - and where she was recovered, despite the very suspicious circumstances.

In January 2012 the former SCTC Inskip reopened as the Inskip Cadet Centre and is now the new home of Cumbria & Lancashire Wing, Air Training Corps.[20] Appropriately the Wing Headquarters Offices are situated in what was the old Watch Tower (control tower) when RNAS Inskip was a flying station. The village is close to the former RNAS Inskip airfield, which still serves the armed forces as a tri-service communication centre.
West Lancashire now has around 8,000 members and its lodges serve an area from Liverpool and the Manchester suburbs in the south to Barrow and the Lake District in the north. There are over 330 active lodges that meet at 50 locations, predominantly Freemasons’ halls, but including hotels, pubs, schools, golf and private clubs, a village hall and a synagogue.
