The House passed a bill Wednesday that would create domestic terrorism units in the FBI, Department of Homeland Security, and Justice Department.
The bill, which passed in a party line 222-203 vote and now proceeds to the Senate, is part of the Democrats’ renewed push against domestic terrorism and racist extremism in the wake of the racist attack on a grocery store in a Black neighborhood in Buffalo.
“We must act,” said House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler, New York Democrat. “The Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act, which sits before us today, is the least we can do to signal our opposition to White nationalism and this rising menace of organized intolerance.” SEE BELOW.
Yet another mass killing in America by a young crazed fanatical white male. This seems to have become an international phenomenon in Western society and comparatively recently. They seem to fit an almost standard model of participant profile, purpose and method. They also appear to fulfil a wider social and political agenda. Following a series of 'terrorist' events in America and Europe, that had as their common theme, 'Islamist extremism' with an anti-Jewish flavour, we appear to have morphed seamlessly into violent events that support a state promoted narrative of 'right wing and anti-immigrant anti-black extremism' into which the Buffalo event seems to neatly fit. This excites my curiosity (and we all know what this did to the cat!)

First I should state that the events may well have occurred exactly as reported in the main stream press but my examination of numerous high profile 'terrorist events' over the last two decades at least, have taught me to approach them with a high degree of scepticism. I have shown on numerous occasions how highly relevant facts are often ignored completely by MSM, facts that put the events in a wholly different light. By now we should realise there are secretive elements embedded in government itself, that either knowingly allow or actually organise shocking events that might be either factually accurate, or theatrical, or a combination of the two, to promulgate a certain agenda, public response, foreign policy or legislative objective. Russia and Ukraine have seemingly replaced Syria and Afghanistan as the international topics of concern, interestingly and conveniently by-passing the on-going events in Israel. Needless to say, 'right wing extremism' has been central to Ukraine - a proxy war between East and West with potentially catastrophic consequences.
I have demonstrated on numerous occasions the unrevealed knowledge or involvement of Israel in many of these terrorist events, but this is not to claim it was necessarily the primary motivating force. It does however appear that the objectives of America and Israel often follow a common trajectory and purpose. It cannot go without notice the involvement of Israel in the Ukrainian conflict, the direct appeal of the Ukrainian President for mercenaries from Israel, the input to the openly fascist leaning Asov Brigade, now fully integrated into the Ukrainian military. The fact that Britain and America fail to condemn Israeli aggression and repression against Palestinians, whilst at the same time actively supporting Ukraine with billions of pounds/dollars of military hardware and intelligence, speaks volumes. The imbalance in international relations and moral outrage is clear to see in all but the intentionally blind.
On the face of it, Western society seems to have facilitated the development of a small but significant number of deranged young men, somehow psychologically conditioned to suspend their natural empathy to carry out acts of extreme violence against quite innocent victims largely unknown to them. That in itself is a very worrying trend that poses important questions as to how it could happen without raising warning signs or effective intervention. In this case the alleged perpetrator, Payton Gendron of Conklin, a small town of about 5000 appears to have come from an affluent middle class, well educated family not from a poor or disadvantaged one. How could such extreme views and actions emanate from such a source without warning? That is a question that prosecutors will seek to answer in time.
But leaving aside these obvious questions for a moment, others enter my head, questions that arise from the revelations of other events where things are not always as they or as they are portrayed by the press. Repeated tell-tale signs, parallels in circumstance, similar political agendas all raise questions. It is important that we ask them as they may be key to hidden answers.

So what are the features of this incident that arouse my suspicions as to the motivation or circumstances?
First and as always, timing in relation to other domestic or international events. It comes at a time when America is fully engaged in supporting Ukraine with money and armaments, whilst a $700 million package has been blocked - temporarily - by one Republican Senator. The links between the Buffalo killer and the fascist 'Asov Brigade' has been made explicit as the above images show. Gendron, though only 18 has been stated to be a 'right wing extremist' and supported of Asov. We need to ask if this is real or contrived for some wider political purpose? What could that be? It certainly supports the Govt. sponsored narrative of a threat from right wing extremists and follows on from the alleged Trump supported riots. That may benefit the incumbent President and his Party. But it is difficult to reconcile the anti-Russian stance, both domestically and internationally when Russia justifies its action in terms of anti-fascist, or American support of the AZOV brigade, whilst condemning the ASOV supporting Buffalo shooter. The message and motivation are confusing.
Another timing issue is that it comes hot on the heels of the sniper murder of Aljazeera journalist Abu Akleh in Israel. I have previously suggested that Israel uses major terrorist events to distract from domestic ones that might invite international condemnation. I have demonstrated how the Israeli/Jewish nexus has frequently been implicated in those very events. No such input has been shown in the Buffalo event but it cannot be ruled out in the light of the common AZOV link which appears to have prominent Jewish membership and support.

So the question remains, was the Buffalo event arranged to distract from the widely publicised sniper murder - almost certainly by an Israeli soldier, although denied - of Abu Akleh?
The event also plays into the Black Lives Matter campaign. In fact the lawyer representing George Floyd was on scene immediately after calling on President Biden to pass anti-discrimination and gun laws. How Gendron got hold of a semi automatic weapon after being referred by his school for psychiatric help remains a mystery. It replicates the case of Jake Davison (22) in Plymouth England where the police actually handed back weapons to an unstable individual with violent leanings. Now some more strange but familiar aspects to the shooting:
It has not been explained why Payton Gendron drove 200 miles for about three hours to get to the 'Tops' store in Buffalo. All the way he had an automatic rifle in full view on the front passenger seat to his right. What made him choose that specific location? Were there no hints as to his mind set or evil intent? How had he apparently adopted such extreme views at such a young age without anyone noticing? Was the choice of location on the Canadian border significant?
As always it is necessary to test the assumption that the man arrested and accused is the same person shown elsewhere or who did the actual shooting. An employee of the store says he saw and spoke to Gendron the day before (Friday 13th) in the same carpark. It would appear he was planning his attack. Was that Gendron or someone else? It is said he shot thirteen people ('unlucky for some and hot on the heels of Fiday 13th!) and killed ten both outside and inside the building. As such it seems unprovoked and inexcusable - the product of a seriously deranged mind. The self made video was apparently live on Twitch for several minutes before it was noticed and taken down. There appears to be no other video until after the event when Gendron is seen being arrested. This does not exclude the possibility of unreleased store video being available.
What I find surprising and possibly suspicious, is that in the video that is available, there is absolutely no sign of ambulances or paramedics. Police and firemen appear to be in attendance but not ambulances or medics? That's a strange situation with so many killed or injured not to mention the distraught. In fact there is no evidence of general panic either. Everything appears relatively calm for such an extreme situation.
He is also alleged to have composed a "180 page manifesto" that targets amongst others the Mayor of London, Sadiq Kahn and the President of Turkey, Recep Erdogan. To say the least this appears to be contrived and unlikely and smacks of agency involvement to make the event of greater international relevance. Surely not a case of secret services coordinating their efforts. Of course Kahn was in New York at the time and Erdogan only recently survived an attempt to oust him that had roots abroad. In the recent US/British attempts to expand NATO in response to the Ukraine crisis, Turkey is the only member state to object.
Then there are the images of Gendron being arrested. He appears unruffled and uninjured despite a shoot out in which he was lucky to survive given American police propensity to shoot to kill. We are told his body armour saved him but there is no sign of that, his helmet or army gloves whilst being arrested. Where did they go? Where was captured. Nor is the rifle in evidence. A witness says he saw him on his knees capitulating to police although it is said he threatened to kill himself with 'a gun to his throat'. Was that the rifle or another gun? Normal protocol would require the assailant to throw away his weapon and lay face down on the ground before being approached and arrested. Did that happen or something else?
As noted by others he appears quite free of injury or any sign of blood splash. Indeed there is no obvious evidence of blood anywhere even in the vicinity of those shot and lying on the ground outside. This of course is not to say it was absent just that it cannot be seen.
The police vehicle into which he was placed has the interesting number plate 'C - 956'. Just coincidence I'm sure but this could be read as 'See 9/11'!
Finally, his appearance in court in a ripped white hospital gown is quite bizarre. Yet he shows no sign of injury. Temporary clothing is always available and there must have been plenty of time between arrest and appearance in court. Had he in fact been admitted to hospital or come from there or direct from the police cell? Why did his lawyer not object to the way he appeared? What was the need for masks? None are worn during the arrest.

BUFFALO, N.Y., May 14 (Reuters) - An 18-year-old white gunman shot 10 people to death and wounded three on Saturday at a grocery store in a Black neighborhood of upstate New York, before surrendering after what authorities called an act of "racially motivated violent extremism."
Authorities said the suspect, who was armed with an assault-style rifle and appeared to have acted alone, drove to Buffalo from his home several hours away to launch the afternoon attack that he broadcast in real time on social media platform Twitch, a live video service owned by Amazon.com (AMZN.O).

Eleven of the 13 people struck by gunfire were Black, officials said. The two others were white. The racial breakdown of the dead was not made clear.
Court papers named the suspect as Payton Gendron of Conklin, a town of about 5,000 people in New York's Southern Tier region near the Pennsylvania border.
He was arraigned hours after the shooting in state court on first-degree murder charges, which carry a maximum penalty of life in prison without parole, said Erie County District Attorney John Flynn. New York has no capital punishment.

Flynn said the judge also ordered Gendron to remain in custody without bail and to undergo a "forensic examination." Gendron was scheduled to return to court on May 19.
SURRENDERED TO POLICE
Authorities said the teenager, reported by local media to have been a student at the State University of New York's Broome Community College near Binghamton, had come close to taking his own life before he was arrested.
When confronted by officers at the store, the suspect held a gun to his own neck, but they talked him into dropping the weapon and surrendering, Buffalo police commissioner Joseph Gramaglia told a news briefing.
Gramaglia said the gunman shot and killed three people in the parking lot of the Tops Friendly Markets outlet before exchanging fire with a retired police officer working as a security guard for the store, but the suspect was protected by his body armor.
The guard was one of the 10 people shot to death, the nine others all being customers. Three other employees of the store, part of a regional chain, were wounded but are expected to survive, authorities said.
Shonnell Harris, a manager at Tops, told the Buffalo News she thought she heard as many as 70 gunshots and that she fell several times as she ran through the store to a rear exit.
"He looked like he was in the army," she told the newspaper, describing the camouflage-clad assailant.
Retired firefighter Katherine Crofton, who lives nearby, said she witnessed the start of the bloodshed from her porch.
"I saw him shoot this woman," Crofton told the paper. "She was just going into the store. And then he shot another woman. She was putting groceries into her car. I got down because I did not know if he was going to shoot me."

Stephen Belongia, the FBI special agent in charge of the bureau's Buffalo field office, said the attack would be investigated both as a hate crime and as an act of "racially motivated violent extremism" under federal law.
"This person was pure evil," Erie County Sheriff John Garcia said at a news conference, his voice quaking with emotion. "It was a straight-up racially motivated hate crime from somebody outside of our community."
U.S. President Biden decried the shooting as "abhorrent to the very fabric of this nation" in a statement issued late Saturday. "Hate must have no safe harbor. We must do everything in our power to end hate-fueled domestic terrorism."
New York Governor Kathy Hochul told a late-evening news conference she was dismayed that the killer managed to live-stream his attack on social media, which she blamed for hosting a "feeding frenzy" of violent extremist ideology.
"The fact that that can even be posted on a platform is absolutely shocking," Hochul said. "These outlets must be more vigilant in monitoring social media content."
Twitch said in a statement that it removed the livestream less than two minutes after it started and was working to ensure no other accounts re-posted the content. Hochul said it should have been taken down "within a second."
Screenshots of the broadcast were posted on social media, including some that appeared to show the shooter holding a gun and standing over a body in the grocery store.
A document circulating online that appeared to have been written by the killer sketched out a to-do list for the attack, including cleaning the gun and testing the livestream.
In addition, a 180-page manifesto outlining 'The Great Replacement Theory' - the idea that white people are being replaced by minorities in the United States and other countries - also circulated online, reportedly authored by Gendron.
A spokesperson for Flynn's office declined to comment on the documents. The FBI could not immediately be reached for comment.
The governor also said she would introduce a previously planned "comprehensive" gun control package on Tuesday to "address further loopholes that exist in our (state) laws."
Hochul said the firearm used in the killings was legally purchased but had been illegally modified with a high-capacity magazine, which she said could easily have been purchased legally in Pennsylvania.
The Buffalo shooting follows a pattern of other racially motivated mass murders in recent years, including a Pittsburgh synagogue attack that left 11 congregants dead in October 2018, and the Atlanta spa shootings in March 2021 in which a white man killed eight people, targeting Asians.
Saturday's shooting spree was also reminiscent of the attack on a mosque in Christchurch, New Zealand, in 2019, when the killer live-streamed the murders on Facebook.
Buffalo Mayor Bryon Brown called for unity on what he called a "day of great pain for our community."
"Many of us have been in and out of this supermarket many times," he told reporters. "We cannot let this hateful person divide our community or our country."

Hot on the heels of the sniper murder of Aljazeera journalist Abu Akleh, we have two high profile mass shootings in the USA to knock the former off the front page. Coincidence? We have Starmer saying don't call Israel an 'apartheid state'. We have a bill going through Parliament out-lawing product boycotts. And we have two high profile civil dispute cases ( Depp/Heard and Rooney/Vardy ) in both the USA and Britain which provide wonderful distraction from the reality of these two countries engaged in a bloody proxy war in Ukraine and more repressive civil liberty laws. Does anyone else see how these things are made to work?
ReplyDeleteAre the figures reliable is the first question to ask. Then compare the 2020/2022 overall death rates with the average ones for a true indication of excess deaths. Then examine other non-covid reasons for deaths in the elderly.
