What happened to Charlie Kirk's body?

Description: Chief Medical Examiner Deirdre Amaro (left) and Chief Medical Examiner Investigator Cory Russo (right)  Around a third of deaths pass through the ME's hands. Normally the police detective responsible for investigating an homicide is present at the autopsy. The public has not been informed who carried out the autopsy or who was present at it!

We all know Charlie Kirk was removed from the scene of his murder within seconds by his 'security' team, breaking every norm of First Aid and crime investigation.

If as his helpers claim, he was dead on the spot, he should have been left where he was undisturbed, to conform with normal police and medical examiner protocol. Trained body guards should have known this.

If he was still alive, pressure should have been applied to the wound to stop the bleeding, until trained first aiders or doctors could take over.  No one seems to have thought to do this. Instead, what they did, carrying him without intervention in an SUV to an inappropriate hospital, only ensured his demise.

They chose the worst option open to them. Why remains a mystery. Was it incompetence or were they following a preordained fatal plan?

For some inexplicable reason, what happened to his body thereafter became shrouded in confusion and secrecy. An overheard and replicated police communication suggested a death certificate had been issued by a doctor at the hospital and no post-mortem had been carried out. If correct this would have been contrary to state law where any violent death becomes the province of the 'Medical Examiner' (ME).

Although there have been rumours a post-mortem was carried out and some of its findings leaked, where this was done, by whom and reliable details of the injury sustained, is still unclear. Obviously the ME's report is of fundamental and critical importance in determining where the shot came from and other particulars.

The ME should have had full control of the body and not released it for either embalming or burial until satisfied that the cause of death had been clearly established. Given the high profile of the event and person, it was not a procedure or release to be rushed but it was, for in little over 24 hours the casket with Kirk's body in it, was on a flight in Air Force Two to Arizona with the Vice President, J D Vance on board. It appears that Vance and Kirk's wife Erika, are very close friends as a later public meeting seems to suggest.

All these matters raise issues of public concern and public policy, to which the public have a right to be informed. Can American citizens be confident that if they or their loved ones become homicide victims, proper preocedures will absolutely be followed to ensure all relevant information is gathered before the body is disposed of and with it any evidence? Further that no untoward political or other influence will be allowed to undermine the process. Those left behind may not have the best interests of the deceased at heart.

The public still does not know and has not been informed what happened to Kirk's body once the plane landed. Has he been cremated or buried or been subject to some other process? Why the secrecy?

Given all the suspicions surrounding the murder itself and whether it was in fact an inside job with government collusion, the absence of information surrounding the Medical Examiners involvement; if, when and where an autopsy was held; the role of the police and what happened to the body; all add to the confusion, intrigue and suspicion this was a state-organised assassination that is being covered up and blamed on an innocent person.

Nothing can bring Charlie Kirk back to life but will the way his death is handled inspire confidence in the American system of justice or further undermine it?

AI on the subject of ME's powers:

Yes, the Utah medical examiner can prevent a body from being removed in certain circumstances, and unauthorized removal is a criminal offense. The medical examiner has jurisdiction and custody over the body in cases of sudden, unexpected, violent, suspicious, or unattended deaths.
Specifically:
  • Initial Scene: A body under the medical examiner's jurisdiction cannot be moved from the place of death without explicit authorization from the medical examiner or a law enforcement official with jurisdiction, except in specific situations to prevent a public decency affront or if it is impractical to leave the body in place.
  • During Investigation: The medical examiner maintains custody during their investigation or an autopsy. No cleansing or embalming may occur without their permission. The body will not be released until the examination is complete, which typically happens within 24 to 48 hours, but can be longer depending on the case's complexity.
  • Release Process: Once the investigation or autopsy is complete, the medical examiner's office will coordinate with the family's chosen funeral director to release the body. The funeral home must not come to the office before being notified that the body is ready for transport.
  • Court Order for Extension: While the body is generally released within 24 hours after arrival at the medical examiner's facility, an extension to hold the body further can be ordered only by a district court.
  • Permit Denial: The medical examiner can deny a permit to render a body unavailable for postmortem examination (e.g., by cremation) if there is a need to delay the action for further investigation.
In summary, the medical examiner has the legal authority to retain a body for as long as needed to determine the cause and manner of death, especially if the death is suspicious or requires an autopsy.

14.11.2025:  NOTHING NEW!
The tube and bus bombings on the 7th July 2005 were YET ANOTHER British secret service/Mossad terrorist event to further political objectives, aided and abetted by the BBC and media. It was eventually followed by a sham inquest. Amazingly no autopsies were carried out on the victims of the explosions caused by military grade explosive not home made ones that we are ludicrously told
to believe. These facts, and many more, prove that for decades the public has been duped by governments in support of the genocidal Israel state. It is still the most pressing security issue facing our country and people.
