The Murder of Jodie Chesney

Stabbing Epidemic.

Few more tragic situations can be imagined than an unsuspecting young woman of seventeen being fatally stabbed in the back by some hoodlum, whilst innocently enjoying the company of friends in a park. That is what we are told happened a few minutes before 9.25 pm on Friday 1st March, 2019 at a place called Harold Hill on the north eastern outskirts of London.

It is incumbent on any observer who wishes to comment on the reported circumstances to defer to the feelings of the bereaved family and show respect for the investigative and judicial process. Nevertheless in a free society it is important that this should always remain open to public scrutiny and comment, on the well established principle that "justice must not only be done, but be seen to be done."

Past experience has taught us that neither official reports, dutifully replicated by the media, or the process itself can always be trusted, particularly when it relates to high profile or politically sensitive cases, when there may be manipulation of the events themselves or the reporting of them, for extraneous purposes.

We cannot but help noticing that this young woman's stabbing comes at a time when there has been a huge increase of such, predominantly but not exclusively affecting a cohort of young, coloured (I use the term advisedly), foreign born, disadvantaged, urban, males. This is not prejudice but just a factual representation of the reality, as the following picture clearly indicates. Gangs and drugs are also often, but not always, a significant factor.

Nor can the fact that it comes less than a month before the BREXIT leave date be overlooked particularly when three terrorist events occurred just before Mrs May went to the polls hoping to increase her majority.

In the first 100 days of 2018, 52 people were killed in London - raising serious concerns about how to tackle violent crime on the city's streets.

Jodie I would say is definitely the odd one out.

There have been more than 120 murders in London so far this year (pictured, where the murders have taken place in the capital this year)
Contrasting Media Treatment
The treatment of Jodie's killing is in stark contrast to the many hundreds that have gone before. Of course this can be explained in terms of the 'innocent' and attractive victim, and the unprovoked and brutal nature of the assault. But in equal measure these factors are predictable for anyone implementing an evil objective. The issue is whether it was a wholly random event or if it was planned and executed by others?
Government Responsibility?
But we must also pose the question does the increase in knife crime serve a political agenda in any way? Is it just an unfortunate sign of the times or is it a foreseeable result of government policy either in default or intent?

It surely cannot be overlooked that the present Prime Minister was previously the Home Secretary from 2010, since when there has been a decrease in police numbers by no less than 21,000 and a huge increase in crime! Of course Brexit is the only issue that matters and usefully blocks out all others.

In addition it was she who stopped the controversial policy of "Stop and Search" which none the less is clearly an important way of curtailing the carrying of  offensive weapons.

In this decade, largely justified by the alleged threat from the west-supported 'ISIS', there has been a marked change in the traditional approach to unarmed policing, with the very overt heavily armed officer appearing everywhere, yet clearly ineffective in preventing the current crime wave.

Worryingly it appears this epidemic of knife crime is being considered to make policing even more military and aggressive in nature, and it is this sub-plot that raises questions about the real intention of government and the real nature of the crimes themselves.

Hidden Agendas?

The Daily Mail reports that Metropolitan Police Commissioner Cressida Dick, disagreed  with the Prime Minister on the issue, saying there was a connection between reductions in officer numbers and street violence. She also refused to rule out calling in the Army to help. Ahhh, thereby hangs a tail!

The Defence Secretary Gavin Williamson also appears to be singing from the same hymn sheet. He told the Press Association the military would be 'ready to help' play a part in tackling knife crime. "The armed forces and Ministry of Defence 'always stands ready to help any government department' he said. "They have had no requests for assistance but would always be ready to respond."

And this comes on top of suggestions that the army might have to be used for the Brexit turmoil or any cicil unrest associated with it. One might almost think the government actively wants to promote such a situation. 'Shurely not?'

We are well aware aren't we how events - so called 'False Flags' - have and are used to promote a certain agenda, most recently in the case of the murder of Jo Cox, for analysis of which see  http://veaterecosan.blogspot.com/2019/03/part-1-of-4-exit-from-brexit-jo-cox.html Is it possible that the murder of Jodie Chesney could fall within a similar category? I have to say there are certain features of it that are decidedly reminiscent of previously suspect events and therefore rather ominous.

Whether they amount to anything awaits to be seen. The underlying suspicion is that this was not just any random event, but in fact carried out in planned way by secret agency, to further a specific political and psychological agenda.

Multiple Different Portraits Reliable?

The first thing that struck me was the high profile nature of the media coverage and particularly the use of the portrait image. It would appear that Jodie was almost obsessed with putting poses on social media that is notable for its similarity to other 'faces' that have been connected to American and European 'terrorist events'.
Of course this could be purely coincidence, but there is a striking similarity of media style here.

The pose with glasses is playful and flirtatious, almost coquettish. Also it would appear hair colouration and style is changed on a frequent basis. Meanwhile these have to be contrasted with the almost 'frumpish' appearance projected in the Girl Guide images taken comparatively recently. One might almost be forgiven in assuming they are of two completely different females!

The following would seem to indicate a young woman who combined distinctly different sides to her personality or ones that someone else wished to project? Maybe the glamorous photos were just an attempt to distance herself  from the rather plain Girl Scout image? Who knows? Are these images genuine and of the same person or are some theatrically created to feed a media circus?

We might be forgiven for asking, who is the true Jodie Chesney portrayed in these images?

Strange Interview

Who could not empathise with the family which has lost a member under such tragic circumstances, but the interview apparently organised by Sky raises questions. For example where was it filmed? It appears they are in a class room or similar. How often do such appeals take place without a police presence? The language used by the father is stilted and strange.  There is no appearance of emotion from any of the three shown, which I assume is sister and step mother, in fact there is almost suggestion of a smile. (See image below)

Family members father Peter, stepmother Joanne and sister Lucy of murdered teenager Jodie Chesney (Stefan Rousseau/PA)

However more strange is the fact that this appeal to the perpetrator "to do the right thing" is two days after he had apparently been apprehended in Leicester, of all places. Why would the father have made this appeal on Thursday 7th when he must have known the man had been arrested on the prior Tuesday? Is this a subtle giveaway to a media plan going wrong? Did money change hands for the interview? And where was the natural mother?
Father speaks in presence of mother and sister on Thursday it is stated? As she was stabbed on Friday this could only be TODAY (Thurs 7th March) Why then does it not say "today" as article in which video is embedded is time stamped 19.01 7.3.2019. Video and article below:

"Beauty has been taken away" but a disturbing absence of emotion and a rather stilted, impersonal description of his murdered daughter with a plea to the perpetrator to 'do the right thing' this after presumably the police had announced an arrest of a male in Leicester for the killing. Strangely this took place on Tuesday, two days before the video appeal for him to give himself up. Unusually no police are present at the family interview that appears to take place is what appears to be a disused classroom or something similar, with black panels in the background. Unconventional to say the least.

Official Timings

Suspicions are always raised when there are relatively small but significant differences in accounts especially when they emanate from official quarters. One such relates to the timing of events.
The police say the two assailants were seen to leave the park at 9 pm, then returning about half an hour later i.e. half past nine, after which one of them plunged the knife into Jodie's back.
However the emergency call is recorded at 9.25 pm. Perhaps we could excuse a five minute difference, but if we are to take the police account as accurate the difference must have been more than that.
If the men entered the park again at 9.30 they would have to get to the bench which would place the stabbing after 9.30. Meanwhile for the 999 call to be recorded at 9.25 the incident would have to have occurred prior to it by perhaps a number of minutes to allow the gravity of the circumstances to be assessed. Now the gap between the police timing and the reality becomes more significant to perhaps ten minutes or more and should be explained.
The Metropolitan Police said the teenagers had been aware of two men in the park who left at around 9pm without interacting with them.
The force added in a statement: "Around 30 minutes later the pair returned to the park and walked straight towards the group, where one of the males stabbed Jodie once in the back. Nothing was said by the two suspects, who ran off in the direction of Retford Road.
"The suspect who attacked Jodie is described as a black male aged in his late teens. There is no further description of him at this stage, nor is there any description of the other male."
Dave Chesney, Jodie’s uncle, told ITV News: “We are all devastated.
“This was a totally random and unprovoked attack on a beautiful, lovely and quirky young girl with her whole life in front of her.”
Teresa Farenden, 49, a mother-of-three whose house faces the park, was the first at the scene and performed CPR as they waited for paramedics.
She said: “I was in the kitchen and I heard a scream outside, and I just got this gut feeling.
“I went outside before I even had my coat on properly and asked whether everything was alright, and a young boy said: ‘My girlfriend’s just been stabbed.’

“My stomach dropped. All I could think of was to help. I was trying to keep her in the recovery position, but by the time the police got here she had gone.
There are obviously unanswered questions over those two men and what they were doing there. Were they engaged in drug dealing. Were they known to the locals? The fact that they returned and stabbed Jodie without apparently saying a word suggests clear intent and targeting. How did the police locate a man in Leicester so quickly? It certainly suggests specific information regarding identity and address. And then there is the confusion whether two drove to Leicester when one was arrested in London?
Then we have the little detail of the choice of purple as Jodie's 'favourite colour' quickly adopted by the demonstrating crowds as shown below. This has be come the modern phenomenon and accompaniment to terrorist events. It is highly emotive and contrived and is designed to pander to mawkish sympathy. It may also help to push a narrative of fear, discontent and division whilst pretending to love and concern. That it happens in certain cases and not others always rings a warning bell in my mind at least.

Police have arrested a male in Leicester in connection with the murder of teenager Jodie Chesney who was stabbed to death in east London.
Jodie, 17, was with friends near a children’s play park in Harold Hill, Romford, when she was approached by two males and knifed in the back, police said.
Emergency services were called to the scene at 9.25pm on Friday but she was pronounced dead just over an hour later.
A male was arrested in Leicester on Tuesday in connection with Jodie’s murder.

Metropolitan Police spokesman told The Independent detectives did not yet know his age.

Jodie was a Girl Scout and school friends said students at Havering College would be wearing purple next Friday in honour of the teenager and her Barking & Dagenham scout troop colours.

On Tuesday afternoon, the parliament petition had been signed more than 33,000 times.

  1. UPDATE: Who were the two CLEARED of murder? "Two males found guilty of the murder of 17-year-old Jodie Chesney are due to be sentenced today (Monday, November 18).

Svenson Ong-a-Kwie, 19, and a 17-year-old defendant, who cannot be named for legal reasons, were both found guilty of murdering the scout after she was stabbed in the back on March 1.

Both males entered Amy's Park in Harold Hill at around 9.20pm, moments before Jodie was attacked from behind. The two fled from the scene as her friends and emergency services tried to save her.

Tragically, she was pronounced dead just an hour later.

It took a jury of 12 just over five hours to decide that Ong-a-Kwie and the 17-year-old, who had been on trial for eight weeks, were both guilty of murder.
