Reiner Fuellmich (Born 1958 in Bremen) is a German lawyer and spokesman for the Stiftung Corona Ausschuss, a non-governmental investigative committee based in Germany. He allegedly played an important role in the proving of theVolkswagen emissions scandal and successfully sued Deutsche Bank in a few small mortgage cases, where he previously worked. In 2020, Fuellmich and his colleagues began documenting violations of law, medical malpractice and scientific fraud, in connection with the COVID-19 scandal.^[1]

Biography[edit]

Fuellmich studied law at the University of Göttingen and as an exchange student at the University of California in Los Angeles. He then worked from 1985 to 2001 at the research centre for medical and pharmaceutical law as a research assistant at the chair of Erwin Deutsch at the law faculty of the University of Göttingen, where he also obtained his doctorate. During this time he was also part of the ethics committees of the University Hospitals of Göttingen and Hanover.^[1] He also held positions in corporate banking at Deutsche Bank, first as a trainee in Germany from 1990 and then in Japan until 1992. In 1993 he founded his own law firm. He is licensed to practice law in California and is a member of the German-American and German-Japanese bar associations.^[2] In 2009, Fuellmich's law firm was ranked among the top 20 law firms for investor protection in Germany,^[3] especially since 1996 as a specialist for injured parties of so-called junk real estate.^[4]

COVID-19[edit]

Together with internationally connected lawyers, he offers companies the opportunity to join a class action lawsuit in the United States to recover damages caused by mismanagement based on Christian Drosten's allegedly faulty application of the PCR-test.

Arrest and Detention[edit]

In September, 2022, Viviane Fischer, a partner with Fuellmich on the "Corona Investigative Committee" alleged Fuellmich had embezzled funds raised for the committee by overbilling for his legal services. Fuellmich denied the allegations and claimed they were politically motivated to sabotage the work of the committee, which produced a series of online interviews about so-called deep state involvement in the global Covid-19 response. An arrest warrant was issued in March, 2023 related to the charges, but Fuellmich was not informed and was in Mexico at the time. On October 13, 2023, Fuellmich was detained at the German consulate in Tijuana where he had an appointment to replace a stolen passport. He was flown to Frankfurt and arrested.Berlin DA's stated that was no cause for a criminal investigation.

The bitter medicine of Viviane Fischer
It seems extremely strange and gives a deep insight into the emotional cosmos of Viviane Fischer that she is now in all seriousness and via the platform of the Corona Committee, which after all (through donations) is supposed to carry out serious educational work on the corona pandemic, etc., as we understand it, the following adventurous robbery story:
Reiner Füllmich is working with Marcel Templin and/or the port lawyers (and perhaps even with the public prosecutor or whoever else?) in order to evade his obligation to return the loan of 700.00 euros that was openly taken out, to the Corona Committee.
The fact that they themselves only used dubious means to repay their own loan of € 100,000, which was also withdrawn, a loan only repaid in several tranches and over longer periods of time, money from the pre-sale of the legendary "Wendebuch", which many people are still waiting for to this day. She gallantly conceals the fact in her most recent statement that she used funds from the pre-sale of the legendary "Wendebuch", which many people are still waiting to be delivered, that she received several charges for this and that she only paid out the sum from the appeal for donations for the pathology conference a year and a half later, in December 2023 (!).
She also remains elegantly silent about what she actually did with the donations for the pathology conference during this period. Was it just lying around? Was it kept in plastic bags or jute bags? Did she take it abroad for safety when she went on her vacation trips? Security is extremely important to her, see the exciting "Bonnie and Clyde act" with the gold, which she picked up from the Füllmich family friend, spent the night there with Robert Cibis, and then took it across the country and unsecured by car from Göttingen to Berlin to the accountant Jens Kuhn.
She delivered it there as managing partner, believing that "he will keep it properly". Which he did, namely in his safety deposit box.
A month later, it suddenly occurred to the responsible managing director to "check" her actions and - again accompanied by Robert Cibis, the head of the Corona Committee's technical service provider - she paid the accountant a visit in the middle of the night and demanded the immediate return of the gold, along with photos, receipts and DNA#analysis* of the bars (*irony mode) to ensure that the accountant did not show her any plastic dummies.
Robert Cibis, meanwhile, threatened to call the police, according to the statement she made during the witness examination, because the accountant resisted their raid-like visit, while she sought advice by telephone from the "integral part of the Corona Committee" (sic!) Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg, who incidentally is neither a shareholder nor managing director of the same.
He advised her - the managing director - to call the two co-shareholders of Vorschalt-UG, Dr. Justus Hoffmann and Antonia Fischer, at 11 p.m. and inform them, after more than a year off the air.
Yes, exactly Robert Cibis from OVAL Media, who was her life partner at the time and is said to have been in financial difficulties at the time and who, in addition
received €128,000 from her over two years for filming the Corona Committee table. Furthermore, she, the selfless enlightener, does not shy away from using a well-known phrase (you could also call it a "psychological trick") to devalue people she finds uncomfortable people and make them appear untrustworthy.
Don't we all remember the grotesque appearance of Ursula von der Leyen (the EU Commission President appointed under undemocratic circumstances) at the beginning of the "Corona hysteria", perfectly styled with a top hairstyle and looking into the camera with a worried look, almost hypnotically imploring people: "Trust journalistic diligence in the quality media. Those who spread false reports want to harm you!"
Is Viviane Fischer following the example and tactics of the system media here, which want to determine that only platforms or journalists selected by them are to be recognized as serious?
With her understanding of "reputable sources", is she alluding to 2020news, her own platform, for which she has incidentally received over 107,000 euros from the Corona Committee and which she is increasingly using as a propaganda tool against people she doesn't like, rather than for current news to educate them?
Perhaps the 54-year-old mother of two young children would like to take this opportunity to explain her own journalistic career to the attentive listener/viewer/reader?

Did it make her a serious journalist that she wrote herself for a "cheering book on the Corona#Committee" (sic!) 60,000 euros author's fee in advance, from donations that were actually intended for the educational work that was so important to her (as she emphasizes at every opportunity)? And then to publish the book (for whose printing costs of €25,000 she claims she had to borrow money from friends) as the basis for a journalistic expertise? And then at the same time to misuse it as a discrediting tool against her (possibly uncomfortable?) colleague Dr. Reiner Füllmich, whom the book is also about, and then to sell this very book at a high price through the marketing trick of using Füllmich's celebrity status?
Why does Viviane Fischer say she prefers to borrow money from friends to cover the printing costs? printing costs?
Why does she continue to theatrically beg for support for the (now bankrupt) Corona Committee through other people's hard-earned (donations) money instead of liquidating the gold stored at Degussa, which is currently worth €1.2 million?
This could be done immediately or in smaller installments as required.
Why has Viviane Fischer been refusing to liquidate the gold since the summer of 2022 under the pretext and flimsy concerns about Dr. Reiner Füllmich's integrity?
After all, she successfully ran the Corona Committee with him for over two years and still recalls their time together in court with a beaming smile.
Is educational work not that important to her after all?
She apparently prefers to repeat her whiny, alarming appeals week after week to encourage people to donate to the Corona Committee, whose account she currently manages alone, instead of using the money already donated (invested in gold as a store of value and liquidatable at any time) for her "work"?
Does she possibly need additional money to implement further advertising campaigns? Is the "cheering book" no longer work now that Füllmich is gone? In terms of marketing strategy, you can use Telegram to "gain" subscribers from one day to the next.
This is what miraculously happened to the Corona Committee's Telegram channel one night at the end of January 2024, when it "grew" by exactly 30,000 subscribers in one fell swoop.
Can Viviane Fischer do more than just law, press, sheep, hats, fashion and business? Can she also do magic?
Is that quality journalism?
Is that honesty?
Is that transparency?
Viviane Fischer likes to claim all this for herself, but at the same time coldly accuses others of "pulling the wool over people's eyes".
Does Viviane Fischer think people are incapable of seeing for themselves and forming their own opinions?
We have really learned enough about this in the last four years. The enlightened Viviane Fischer should know that we are all grown up, can research and think for ourselves and want to!
One is inclined to believe that she speaks of pure despair, since her own
inconsistencies that have to do with her person and money were brought to light during the course of the court hearings and will perhaps continue to do so ...
She may also be a little upset because her application for adhesion and joint plaintiff status was rejected by the court, which means that from now on she has to join the common people on the bench, and remain silent during the proceedings, the Inspection of files? (Pustekuchen and Ätschibätschi, to put it in gumboot language.)
What is Viviane Fischer up to?
We don't know.
She doesn't speak to the common people and she described the destruction of the Corona Committee (which is so important to her) in the court hearing as "just a shot across (Füllmich's) bow" and as "punctuation to Füllmich to get things moving".
One might think that it was just a matter of "punishing" Füllmich (for whatever), just as she did Dr. Lanka in episode no. 90, in which she left the role of hostess and took on the role of educator, in order to "protect" her faithful friend Dr. Wodarg, who gave her advice, as he had apparently been unable to engage in a scientific discourse with his colleague.
She was probably not thinking of the far-reaching consequences for thousands of people.

YouTuber Mirko from the Füllmich News channel (https://www.youtube.com/@FullmichNews), one of the trial observers, is still waiting for the release of an older video/interview with her as well as a current interview, which she promised to give him on camera on March 12, 2024.
Who is Viviane Fischer, who claims to be the head of the Corona Committee even though Reiner Füllmich and she are still equal business partners and managing directors in the intermediate company, each with 50 % ownership?

She is seriously ranting about the Corona Committee being involved in perhaps dark and by means of allegedly secret collaboration between Reiner Füllmich (who has been in custody in a high-security prison for almost six months!) and Marcel Templin and whoever else.
Does she know the psychological trick of projection?
We would like to remind everyone again of September 2, 2022, when Viviane Fischer, dressed in black, in front of a black background, announced in violation of company law that Reiner Füllmich was no longer a member of his own committee "because there were financial inconsistencies".
She had previously lied to him that there would be no committee meeting that day.
At the same time, she had all his digital access rights, even to his own Telegram channel, cut off in the background by employees of the Corona Committee, who were acting on her instructions.
The "port lawyers" filed their complaint against Füllmich on that very day.
Coincidences do happen ...
We also recall the session 125 "Inconvenient truths" in which a public
"(Viviane Fischer, Antonia Fischer, Dr. Justus Hoffmann, Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg and Robert Cibis) took place against Reiner Füllmich, who was not present and was therefore unable to comment or defend himself.

With a possible collaboration between herself and the public prosecutor's office?
After her strange and contradictory statements in court, one could actually get the impression that she might have been assured immunity from this side.
Did Viviane Fischer overestimate herself? Caught in her own net? Is she now reaping the storm that she sowed as a wind back then? Is she now in the predicament of having to face up to uncomfortable truths about her image as a clean lady in a flowery dress?
Does she perhaps not like her own medicine, which she likes to administer to others but doesn't want to swallow herself?
After the latest statement, you might think: Yes!
Even after this latest all-round attack (drowning people also lash out desperately before they sink), she is still not afraid to continue begging for donations, ostensibly to protect the (broken) Corona Committee from attacks, even though the gold has been ready for liquidation all this time and has always been offered for liquidation by Füllmich since summer 2022.

In it, Viviane Fischer's appeal for donations for the "Pathology Conference" was discussed.
A lawyer for the Pathology Conference finally called for no more money to be donated and that Viviane Fischer's appeal for donations should not be followed! He expressed the suspicion that Ms. Fischer might be using the donations for private purposes. Ms. Fischer criticized this as an "attack" and is still waiting for an apology from the lawyer.
Allegedly, she had only handed over the donation money for the authorized pathology conference one and a half years later, as she had not received an apology in the meantime.
However, an apology was not a prerequisite for the disbursement of the donations she had received. donations!
She herself has not yet apologized to anyone who has had to swallow her bitter medicine, because she is great at dishing it out, but not so keen on taking it.
