How is it possible a stab victim can lie in the road naked for an hour or whatever, before being cared fore by para medicals in an ambulance. Have the police become so insensitive and immured to violence that they have lost touch with the first principles of caring and humanity. If it happened there, it sure as hell happened elsewhere, but as far as I know, there is no suggestion of Royal involvement and certainly not in the grounds of Buckingham Palace.
