What is Europe and America DOING about this appalling situation? In a word - NOTHING (apart from supporting it of course!)

I have never been more disgusted and disappointed by our politicians and government, in their failure to codemn Israel's mass murder onslaught on Palestinians. Sunak and Starmer both had no trouble condemning Russia for "war crimes" in Ukraine, despite all the NATO provocation, yet refuse to condemn Israel for, if anything, worse violations of international law. The inconsistency and hypocrisy is so glaring, it destroys any claim they might have to supporting international law, humanitarian values or morality. They have been proved to be more interested in 'keeping in with' the American zionist lobby and jewish fascism, than any attempt to maintain a consistent approach to blatant despotism! No citizen who values these things and is appalled by years of Israeli violence and discrimination, culminating in this latest genocidal outrage, should ever vote for them, or the parties they represent, ever again.

19.2.2024: If the American government believed what it preached, instead of backing Israel, they would have had troops on the ground by now, protecting Gazan civilians. Their 'freedom' and 'human rights' rhetoric is a hollow lie, and if it wasn't obvious to the world before, it must be now. It is the principal backer of a remorseless and merciless artificial State, that is hell-bent on the total subjigation - and yes irradication - of a whole population, whilst both 'Western Christian' and 'Arab Muslim' governments, look on apparently impotent. I am against war, what sane person isn't? - but when faced by a unrestrained, one-sided, evil entity like Israel, only resisting force of arms offers protection and victory. It is a basic human right to protect oneself against aggression and threat, both individually and corporately. The question is where will it come from if not from Palestinians themselves? How will it be achieved unless other great powers in the region back them. If they do, how will it not escalate into another devastating world conflict, in which no nation will be spared? Israel has torn up the moral rule book. It has taken provocation to record extremes. It has demonstrated total disregard for human life and property. It has encouraged, justified and exhonerated the most inhuman and bestial behaviour by its troops and citizens. Its flagrant lies have been hung out to dry like the skins of animals. It has for ever lost the moral high ground and shown itself to be devoid of reason or wisdom, let alone empathy for the rights or status of others. It has brought Judiasm into such disrepute it unlikely ever to recover, and condemned the State of Israel itself to internation opprobrium and the seeds of its own destruction. Israel's leaders and members of its armed forces have been shown to be despicable war criminals and Western apologists of them as pusillaminous quislings of a foreign power, a hidden agenda, a secret state. What will it take to stop this madness and institute the changes necessary to allow Palestinians to live in peace and safety? What yet another shameful statement by Britain's PM in todays (31.1.2024) Parliament: "We support Israel." It's official: Britain supports fascist, apartheid, genocidal killers of mainly innocent women and children, all based on the principle that Palestinians uniquely are not allowed to defend themselves from annihilation from a rabid and remorseless death cult. Needless to say, that 'heroic' political figure Tobias Ellwood pops up again, claiming without hard evidence to hand, that UNWRA had links to HAMAS as a reason to defund the former. Children with no parents, with no legs, are to be starved to death as well? Zionism is utterly corrupt, utterly despicable, and it comes as no surprise that Ellwood - with the government - supports it.

They even shot three of their own (Jews) bare-chested hostages (to prove they were unarmed) waving a white flag, speaking Hebrew, killing them! Explain that! Just a couple of days ago, dressed as medical staff, they entered Jenin hospital in the west Bank (not Hamas) and shot three in the head as they lay injured and unconscious in bed. They lure starving children with food and when they come out of hiding, shoot them. They have bombed hospitals, university and mosgues. Killed scores of doctors, nurses and journalists as part of the over 30,000 dead and probably 100,0000 injured, two-thirds women and children. Their criminal cruelty knows no bounds such is their inculcated hatred of Palestinians. Nevertheless Britain blames the oppressed and supports the oppressor. It has withdrawn financial support for UNWRA, the only agency supplying desperately needed food and supplies on the back of unsubstantiated rumours of helping Hamas. And why shouldn't Palestinians have an armed resistance force to protect them from savages anyway? What a disgrace our government is?
