 The Nicola Bulley Mystery.

Latest strange development as revealed by 'VickiMarie'

The Nicola Bulley mystery:

The more we hear of the Coroner's process the less confidence we have in it. This also applies to police investigations which appear to look for any excuse for NOT ursuing an investigation. So what was the nature and quality of the police investigation? Yet again the the post mortem information appears to be limited or non existent. Where were the injuries and could they have been inflicted by herself. Did they examine the sharp implements found? Certainly very suspicious circumstances. Was there any direct link to Nicola I wonder?

The initial police statement on the following Monday said she was seen ON THE FOOTPATH at 9.15 am. If that is true, and it was never corrected, it is very significant because it could not have been on her OUTWARD journey. It can only mean that it was on her return juorney and that she must at that time have been well past the bench. If she was abducted, and in the absence of Nicola absconding of her own free will, she must have been taken somewhere between that point and the mainroad, though of course there is an absence of CCTV at that point. Given the level of publicity and the frequency of passing cars in both directions, it is unlikely someone would not have remembered seeing her between the bridge and the school junction if she had exited the path. That section because 'The Grapes' CCTV apparrently ruled out that route. So, if she didn't get to the road and was on the path at 9.15 she must have been abducted between the two. That section of the path is directly opposite the caravan park. The most likely explanation therefore is that either she was held somewhere (in one of the caravans?) and later removed, or was removed in a waiting vehicle. Note both her likely attempt to summon help on her phone and the FitBit evidence of increased heartbeat were all at or after 9.15 and therefore must have been on the footpath, not as claimed before the bench. The police said "the phone made its way to the bench just before 9.30" they do not say from which direction. If she was on the path at 9.15 as first claimed, the phone and dog must have been taken back to the bench. Interestingly of course that is the precise time the owner of the camp site was said to have set off (9.15 on her own CCTV, ) taking the river route to the bench where she claimed to have found the dog Willow (returning at 9.45 am). It is equally possible she took the dog and lead and tied it up there, either innocently or otherwise. See the latest strange revelation here:

NB walked beyond the bench - as I suggested many months ago. This detailed evidence supports it. Remember the first police statement placed her on the river path (i.e. byond the bench) meeting someone else at 9.15 am which must have been on her return journey.
There is enough evidence here, besides all the other, to demand the case is reinvestigated by an independent team (if such a thing exists) from another constabulary. Trouble is the immediate family, appears to have no desire to do so and that without a request from that quarter, the Home Office is unlikely to order one.
There are of course basically two options with the phone: either it was placed at the bench, and Nicola left it behind as she walked off, either voluntarily or under duress; or she took the phone (and dog) with her past the bench, and both were brought back to the bench after she disappeared or was abducted. Very coincidentally this was the self-same time caravan owner Penny took a route along the river (not path) to the bench and immediately back to her home, recorded on CCTV at 8.45 am. A question obviously arises as to whether she did indeed find the dog and phone at the bench or if in fact she was the means by which they returned there? A proper examination of the GPS tracking of the phone should show beyond doubt, whether it went past the bench or not. For some reason this was not fully revealed at the inquest.

I apologise for the silly mistake relating to the time Penny was apparently recorded on her CCTV returning home. This was 9.45 not 8.45 that I mistyped. Of course the first reports announced that 'Willow' the dog and other items were discovered at the bench at 9.33 a.m. which immediately raised my suspicions at the time owing to its specificity and masonic associations. The person involved was subsequently revealed to be Penny Fletcher. It was also later revealed she set off about 9.15 and turned back from the bench almost immediately because she had a hair appointment or similar. Was she walking her own dog or walking alone? So taking a route in the field following the river and returning on the path it would appear she took about 15 minutes on the out and about 10 on her way back, that sort of fits. But this half hour, it should be noted is absolutely crucial in Nicola's disappearance. It envelops the last information from the phone and steps (but not heart activity) from the FitBit and also significantly the two reports of a scream, that place Nicola on the path not at the bench. As regards the latter we might conclude that if the scream was heard from their respective locations, it would be impossible for Penny Fletcher not to have heard it also, as she was in the immediate vicinity but of course she has never admitted to doing so.

Mr Ansell, who appeared supremely in control of his emotions - even indifferent - when she was missing, presumed drowned, at the Inquest rather conveniently 'broke down' and was excused further interrogation; ditto Nicola's sister. It was the family solicitor who raised not a single question and pressed for an 'accidental' vertict, rather than what should at least have been an 'open' one, because there was NO evidence of her entering the water or how it could have happened. If these things are obvious to us, only sinister reasons present themselves why the police and forensic experts apparently couldn't, or more accurately, wouldn't.

The truth is never allowed out in these cases. Have you heard the latest? Faulding now says 6 minutes into his search he identified body in fetal position before the weir but was not allowed by police to dive onto it!!! Have you ever heard of such an obvious abject contradiction to all that he said before. He's been 'got at' for sure, presumably to undermine his damning evidence and his credibility. Yet more confirmation of the 'spookiness' of this case. Of course despite his central role, he was not asked to give evidence at the inquest. It all stinks to high heaven.
