Access to five million people's medical records and health status.  Monitoring over an indeterminate period of time.  In a perfect world there would be nothing to worry about.  When almost ten million people are awaiting medical and surgical interventions, and waiting lists and waiting times have never been longer, when the death rate is 20% higher for cardiovascular conditions and a ludicrous response to a viral threat, the aim and financing of this project smacks of waste and hypocrisy.  With all the other changes in society, there surely could not be a risk this information could not be misapplied for some ulterior motive?
