 Is making murder legal, legal?

National Security Bill has passed its Second Reading in Britain.

Dan Dolan - Reprieve (supporters@reprieve.org.uk)

It still needs to come back to Parliament for MPs to vote on it again. That means there is still time to make a stand. Reprieve’s investigators, lawyers and campaigners are working hard to make sure this happens. But they need your help.

Right now, the Bill risks allowing UK Ministers and other officials to get away with murder. Clause 23 means UK law (the Serious Crime Act 2007) would not apply to Ministers and UK officials for crimes they order, encourage or assist overseas from behind their desks in Whitehall.

But this community cannot let that happen. Reprieve has helped MPs stop the worst parts of Bills becoming law before, and we can do it again. We won’t let this Government take us backwards when it comes to human rights.

We have been down this path before and the slope is getting steeper and more slippery! See:

And an utterly disturbing medical case:

BREAKING: Today lawyers representing Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust have announced that the 34-year-old patient, known as ‘MSP’, has died in intensive care after having his life support removed.
Andrea Williams, chief executive of Christian Concern, said: “This case is nothing short of a tragedy. It was clear from the evidence of the case that this was a young man who was struggling to come to grips with his illness, but who was also vulnerable and had a history of self-harming and bi-polar disorder. Despite that, when he was faced with the biggest existential crisis of his life, whether he should live or he should die, he chose life. Mr Justice Hayden admits that M.S.P was fully competent to give his consent to the procedure but chose to override that consent.
“For a court of law to decide that a 34-year-old man who asked for a procedure to be done and who would have had some level of meaningful recovery would nonetheless be sedated and then deprived of hydration and food until he died is an absolute horror. Let’s be clear, on the basis of the judgment, Mr Justice Hayden decided to override the express wishes of a patient with the ability to recover and ordered him to die.
“The Christian Legal Centre made every effort to have the case reviewed, petitioning the appropriate authorities, including the Official Solicitor, to act with urgency to do so. MSP’s death is a devastating moment which should chill us all to the bone.”

  1. I don't 'love anything to be', other than wishing people would face up to real possible causes and save themselves from being misled when subjecting themselves to unnecessary health risks. Don't you think it is strange we should rule out a cause of something, even when the evidence is overwhelming of a plethora of adverse effects? Either the RNA 'vaccine' works at a molecular level or it doesn't. If it does, it quite logically, possibly, gives rise to adverse effects, some of which may well be long term and diffuse. This is all now well documented and established in medical circles, though for obvious reasons, not acknowledged. Of course paradoxically, the efficacy of the jab has also been proved to be feeble. The fact that four jabs are required within a short period, speaks for itself. Nor is there any logical basis for a viral threat being a danger one minute and the next not. Either it still is in the way described, or never was. Hopefully the loss of your energy levels has nothing to do with the covid jab and you recover them soon. I don't expect you to agree with my take on the subject but I hope you will at least not exclude obvious explanations just because it potentially challenges your trust in doctors, medical science and government. There is a good discussion of the topic in the following video but may be too busy to watch it? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dLp9YMM7CI4

  2. Insofar as a government cover up is also proof of government complicity, the reality is as obvious as a boil on your nose. The travesty was repeated thirty years later with the involvement of many of the same institutional players. Government has created the myth of rectitude, wrapped in the theatrics of patriotism, to conceal the reality it is actually run by criminals, with no regard for human life or the truth.

  3. Re. Assange: It is persecution not prosecution. Bully boy tactics by a criminal state out of pique for being caught out and called out. How many deaths has America been guilty of? How many illegal invasions? How many breaches of its own laws let alone those of another state? Doesn't it have enough of its own prisoners without getting its clawing nails into foreigners? Is rendition now a principle of the American Constitution - ordinary or extraordinary, legal or illegal?
