British government is responsible for creating Wahhabism and its agenda given to Ibn Abdul-Wahhab through their agent Hempher, and is now being carried out by extreme Wahhabis—ISIS .
In order to understand ISIS, we should know what Wahhabism is, how it came into existence including some references to its founder, his claims, beliefs, aims and objectives. In this paper, we can only mention these briefly, but we invite the attention of serious investigators to do further in-depth study into this phenomena of extreme Wahhabism. The key to uncovering the truth about ISIS lies in understanding Wahhabism. A small book entitled Confessions of a British Spy reveals relevant facts about how the British intelligence agencies created Wahhabism, whose mandate is now the basis of ISIS.
Confessions of a British Spy narrates the actions of a covert British agent, Hempher, sent to Turkey, the then khilafat (Head of the Ottoman Empire) of Muslims in 1710 , who worked to find ways and means to cause dissention, riots and dismantling of the khilafat in Istanbul, Turkey. At the beginning of his account, Hempher states he went to Istanbul , embraced Islam, learned Holy Quran and pretended to be a very pious Muslim. During this time, Hempher became fully aware of the difference between Sunnis and Shiites . When dispatched to Basra , Iraq by British Intelligence, Hempher is told (P. 20),
"Your duty this time is to diagnose these controversies well and to report to the ministry. The more successful you are in aggravating the differences among Muslims, the greater will be your service to England. We, the English people, have to make mischief and arouse schism in all our colonies in order that we may live in welfare and luxury. Only by means of such instigations will we be able to demolish the Ottoman Empire. Otherwise, how could a nation with a small population bring another nation with a greater population under its sway? Look for the mouth of the chasm with all your might, and get in as soon as you find it. You should know that the Ottoman and Iranian Empires have reached the nadir of their lives. Therefore, your first duty is to instigate the people against the administration! History has shown that 'The source of all sorts of revolutions is public rebellions.' When the unity of Muslims is broken and the common sympathy among them is impaired, their forces will be dissolved and thus we shall easily destroy them."
Therefore, with these objectives, Hempher goes from Istanbul to Basra. While staying in Basra he joined a carpenter's shop where he worked for a living and as a cover. He further states (Pg. 23):
"From time to time a young man would call at our carpenter's shop. His attirement was that of a student doing scientific research, and he understood Arabic, Persian, and Turkish. His name was Muhammad bin Abdul-Wahhab Najdi. This youngster was an extremely rude and very nervous person. While abusing the Ottoman government very much, he would never speak ill of the Iranian government. The common ground which made him and the shop-owner Abdur-Ridaa so friendly was that both were inimical towards the Khaleefa in Istanbul."
Hempher continues (Pg. 24):
"During a dinner conversation at Abdur-Ridaa's place, the following dispute took place between Muhammad of Najd and a guest from Qom, a Shiite scholar named Shaikh Jawad:
Shaikh Jawad: "Since you accept that Ali was a mujtahid, why don't you follow him like Shiites?"
Muhammad of Najd: "Ali is no different from 'Umar or other Sahaabees. His statements cannot be of a documentary capacity. Only the Qur'an and the Sunnah are authentic documents." [The fact is that statements made by any of the As-haab-i kiraam are of a documentary capacity. Our Prophet commanded us to follow any one of them].
Shaikh Jawad: "Since our Prophet said, 'I am the city of knowledge, and 'Ali is its gate,' shouldn't there be difference between 'Ali and the other Sahaaba?"
Muhammad of Najd: "If Ali's statements were of a documentary capacity, would not the Prophet have said, 'I have left you the Qur'an, the Sunna, and 'Ali?'"
Shaikh Jawad: "Yes, we can assume that he (the Prophet) said so. For it is stated in a Hadith-i-Shareef, 'I leave (behind me) Allah's Book and my Ahl-i-Bayt.' And 'Ali, in his turn, is the greatest member of the Ahl-i-Bayt."
Muhammad of Najd denied that the Prophet had said so.
Well, Hempher found that he had a lot of hatred for the Sunnah and the family descendants of the Holy Last Messenger (peace be upon them) and was misquoting Quran and hadeeth. Therefore, he established very intimate friendship with Muhammad bin Abdul-Wahhab of Najd and launched a campaign of praising him. Hempher tells him, "You are greater than 'Umar and Ali. If the Prophet were alive now, he would appoint you as his Khalifa instead of them. I expect that Islam will be renovated and improved in your hands. You are the only scholar who will spread Islam all over the world."
On page 28, Hempher begins to describe the foundation of deceit:
"Muhammad the son of Abdul-Wahhab and I decided to make a new interpretation of the Qur'an; this new interpretation was to reflect only our points of view and would be entirely contrary to those explanations made by the Sahaaba, by the Imaams of madhhabs and by the mufassirs (deeply learned scholars specialized in the explanation of the Qur'an). We were reading the Qur'an and talking on some of the Ayaat. My purpose in doing this was to mislead Muhammad (Ibn Abdul-Wahhab of Najd). After all, he was trying to present himself as a revolutionist and would therefore accept my views and ideas with pleasure so that I should trust him all the more."
Later on while talking about mu'ta, or temporary marriage, Hempher narrates, "I sensed that Muhammad of Najd desired a woman at that moment; he was single. I said to him, 'Come on, let us each get a woman by mut'a nikaah. We will have a good time with them.' He accepted with a nod. This was a great opportunity for me, so I promised to find a woman for him to amuse himself. My aim was to ally the timidity he had about people. But he stated it a condition that the matter be kept as a secret between us and that the woman not even be told what his name was. I hurriedly went to the Christian women who had been sent forth by the Ministry of Colonies with the task of seducing the Muslim youth there. I explained the matter to one of them. She accepted to help, so I gave her the nickname Safiyya. I took Muhammad of Najd to her house. Safiyya was at home, alone. We made a one-week marriage contract for Muhammad of Najd, who gave the woman some gold in the name of 'Mehr.' Thus we began to mislead Muhammad of Najd, Safiyya from within, and I from without."
Hempher recounts an incident of his getting drunk with a Christian prostitute:
"I told Safiyya about this dispute we had on drinks and instructed her to make him drink a very strong spirit. Afterwards, she said, 'I did as you said and made him drink. He danced and united with me several times that night.' From then on Safiyya and I completely took control of Muhammad of Najd. In our farewell talk the Minister of Colonies had said to me, 'We captured Spain from the disbelievers [he means Muslims] by means of alcohol and fornication. Let us take all our lands back by using these two great forces again.' Now I know how true a statement it was."
He further elaborates, "The Ministry has devised a subtle scheme for Muhammad of Najd to carry out, as follows":
[Here, as the compiler of this paper, I point out the documented proof that it is not Ibn Abdul-Wahhab who is the founder of Wahhabism, but it is the British secret service. All that is happening now and that which happened before has resulted in the murder of tens of thousands of people and destructions of shrines; and for that the British are responsible then and even now. They are following the same modus operandi in many countries. The following points are the foundation of Wahhabism prepared for Ibn Abdul-Wahhab by the British agencies.]
"He is to declare all Muslims as disbelievers and announce that it is halaal to kill them, to seize their property, to violate their chastity, to make their men slaves and their women concubines and to sell them at slave markets. "He is to state that Ka'ba is an idol and therefore it must be demolished. In order to do away with the worship of hajj, he is to provoke tribes to raid groups of hadjis (Muslim pilgrims), to plunder their belongings and to kill them. (This was done.) "He is to strive to dissuade Muslims from obeying the Khaleefa. He is to provoke them to revolt against him. He is to prepare armies for this purpose. He is to exploit every opportunity to spread the conviction that it is necessary to fight against the notables of Hedjaz and bring disgrace on them. "He is to allege that the mausoleums, domes and sacred places in Muslim countries are idols and polytheistic milieus and must therefore be demolished. He is to do his best to produce occasions for insulting Prophet Muhammad, his Khaleefas, and all prominent scholars of madh-habs. "He is to do his utmost to encourage insurrections, oppressions and anarchy in Muslim countries. "He is to try to publish a copy of the Qur'an interpolated with additions and excisions, as is the case with hadiths."
Hempher continues, "After explaining this six-paragraph scheme, the secretary added, 'Do not panic at this huge programma. For our duty is to sow the seeds for annihilating Islam. There will come generations to complete this job.' Muhammad of Najd promised me that he would implement all the six articles of the scheme and added, 'For the time being I can execute them only partly.' A couple of years later the Ministry of Commonwealth managed to cajole Muhammad bin Sa'ud, the Ameer of Der'iyya, into joining our lines. They sent me a messenger to inform me about this and to establish a mutual affection and cooperation between the two Muhammads. For earning Muslims' hearts and trusts, we exploited our Muhammad of Najd religiously, and Muhammad bin Sa'ud politically. It is an historical fact that states based on religion have lived longer and have been more powerful and more imposing. Thus we continuously became more and more powerful. We made Der'iyya city our capital. And we named our new religion, the Wahhabi religion. "

Therefore, I have conducted this research on Wahhabism to inform the world that ISIS is following this very agenda given by the British intelligence to its founder and on the same basis of which they established Wahhabism. The present day Saudi kingdom is not following this agenda strictly. They are tilted towards western culture and interest and now the ISIS is following the British agenda. The world should look at the stark reality and see the truth that all these murders and crimes are being done under this same British agenda given to Ibn Abdul-Wahhab. These people don't know Ibn Abdul-Wahhab was a British agent.
In a nutshell, what you will learn, read and find out will be explanation of what is happening, what they are doing. Unfortunately, British and some other Christians do not realize the Muslims are the only friends they have in this world. It is the Holy Qur'an that states this. The Holy Qur'an is the unchangeable, unalterable book of Almighty God which states that Jesus son of Mary was not the result of adultery, that his blessed mother was chaste, a virgin. He was born of the virgin birth. Jesus was the Word of Almighty God. He revived the dead, healed the blind and lepers with the permission of Almighty God, Allah.
The Muslims are being punished because they don't follow Paul's religion, which they call Christianity, which introduced the pagan cross and the priests tell them to believe that Satan was more powerful than Almighty God because God had to come down from Heaven for the atonement of the sin, or the atonement of the fall of Adam, the sin of Adam.
Muslims and others with common sense don't believe in the hocus pocus churned out by Pauline Christianity. Muslims have never committed genocide, or killed innocent, unarmed people in the world anywhere in their entire history. Muslims went to Spain because the Jews sent an appeal, in the name of Almighty One God. They ruled Spain for 700 years and still they remained a minority and when the conspirators were able, the ruthless rebels were able to takeover Spain, not a single Muslim man, woman, child was left alive. On the contrary, when Hazrat Umar, the second Khalifa of Islam took the possession of Baitul Muqaddas in Jerusalem, he gave total freedom to the Christian priests in matters of religion, politics and business. But when later on during the Crusades, the crusaders took over Jerusalem, they murdered every body, every Muslim, man, woman and child until their blood started running in the streets up to the knees of the horses. This is a historical fact. Everybody knows about it.
I am writing a reminder about the hatred of the British for Islam. It has no religious or moral justification and is worse than paganism. They do not realize Christianity and Islam are two aspects of the same reality. I advise the European and American government to close their ranks and come closer to Muslims and Islam and fight their common enemy, Wahhabism. This spread of extreme Wahhabism by ISIS is due to the British animosity against the very religion that was brought by last messenger of God, about whom both Jesus in the Bible and Moses in the Torah had foretold. I have worked very hard to bring close understanding between Muslims and Christians under the banner of the United Muslim Christian Forum (UMCF) in America and Canada. We celebrate the birthday of both Jesus and the Holy Last Messenger (Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam), in which both Muslims and Christians participate.
On behalf of Qadri Sufis and other Muslims, I demand from the British government to withdraw their support of their agents who are causing death, destruction and genocide following their agenda in Pakistan and elsewhere in many Islamic countries. They should read the Gospel of Barnabas and understand Islam. The Gospel of Barnabas is a true gospel discovered in the first and second century after Jesus, peace be upon him.
My research establishes that Wahhabism is the brainchild of the British intelligence. The origin of the ISIS is the Wahhabi extremists and their agenda. It is just like developing a virus to kill the enemy, but eventually one is also affected by it as well. This is the aim of the ISIS people: to re-establish the same agenda the British gave Muhammad ibn Abdul-Wahhab and Muhammad bin Saud. They aim to destroy holy tombs and shrines. They have killed and continue to kill many people who carry name of "Ali" or descendants of the Holy Last Messenger, peace be upon him. I have been attacked six times and have thus been compelled to send some of my children abroad to America and Canada.
Remarkably, in his article about ISIS, Alastair Crooke, author of "You Can't Understand ISIS If You Don't Know the History of Wahhabism in Saudi Arabia" also acknowledges the role of the British, in following words:
"BRITISH GODFATHER OF SAUDI ARABIA – (or Wahhabism)"
"In a sense, Philby may be said to be "godfather" to this momentous pact by which the Saudi leadership would use its clout to manage Sunni Islam on behalf of western objectives (containing socialism, Ba'athism, Nasserism, Soviet influence, Iran, etc.) – and in return, the West would acquiesce to Saudi Arabia's soft-power Wahhabization of the Islamic ummah (with its concomitant destruction of Islam's intellectual traditions and diversity and its sowing of deep divisions within the Muslim world)."
You will notice that I have drawn the same conclusion after my research. Wahhabism (mistakenly called "Sunni" Islam) is the brainchild of the British intelligence. As mentioned earlier, Muslims and Christians have no cause to harm each other. Yet we find there is no end to the British animosity towards the Muslims at large. In the beginning of the last century, an old drug addict imagined himself to be a "prophet or messenger of God." His name was Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani. The British, as usual, found a good opportunity to cause dissention amongst Muslims by encouraging and propagating his false prophethood. They backed it with every possible means at their disposal. Anyone who followed him was given government jobs and good opportunities. They didn't know that the second to last Messenger Jesus son of Mary (alaihis-salaam) had warned the world that there would be no messenger after the last one, but many false prophets would be raised by Satan.
Though Crooke, in his report on ISIS, maintains that the Western world is watching, but cannot do anything about it or is totally helpless in counteracting the ISIS/Wahhabi movement, this is actually not the case. Regarding this, the entire situation can be contained with planning by experts in this line who have deep insight into these affairs and whose opinions are not colored with racial or ethnic hatreds. They can sit together with a multi-dimensional approach to not only contain them initially, but eventually ISIS can be suppressed. It is a matter of great concern and pity – an example is in the USA. Nowhere has the government shown any maturity and deep insight into geopolitical studies and studies of various ethnic groups' traditions, backgrounds or histories.
Many times a total lack of information is prevalent and has lead to great disasters and failures. It seems there are some groups in America who divert the American people and their military hardware to fight their war, which is destroying America piece by piece. These are hard facts that no one can deny. If you deny, then you are like a blindfolded fool trying to walk on a tightrope. Americans need to wake up and look at stark realities, as ISIS is knocking on its doors.
I would not prolong this article, however, I must remind that whenever America follows the wrong policy of world conquest, every nation in the world suffers. For instance, there was no need for America to go to war against Hitler. Hitler was not the enemy of America or the American people. There was a mutual animosity between Hitler and the Jews. So, the American people paid a very heavy price for fighting someone else's war. Then, I have read the great think tank report in which it is written that like Pearl Harbor, they should create a situation in which they could find a reason to attack Afghanistan. Many government agencies want the world to believe that Osama Bin Laden destroyed the World Trade Center. Few believe it because all research and evidences reveal that it was the job of insiders. Particularly, no airplane hit Building 7 [of the World Trade Center], yet it collapsed on its foundation the same way buildings set for controlled demolition using explosives collapse. Thus, this catastrophe created a cause where America could be pushed into an Afghanistan confrontation. Few remember when the Afghans and Muslims were made darlings during the reign of the USSR, but when the "party" was over those very same Mujahedeen were labeled terrorists. Let me ask the world: Who turned Afghanistan into a breeding ground of terrorism? You have the answer.
Finally, what had Saddam Hussein done to America? He was not at all against America. Only Israel was afraid of Iraq. Despite the fact that UN inspectors had thoroughly searched Iraq and found no weapons of mass destruction, Fox news and other channels repeatedly churned out lie after lie and media warfare forced American citizens, military hardware and tax dollars to be wasted in the war against Iraq. Now there are thousands upon thousands of war veterans from Iraq suffering from mysterious desert syndromes and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), making them suicidal and homicidal. It is a pity that the resources of many western countries are in the hands of their enemies who use them to commit acts of terrorism and genocide, inventing horrible incurable virus and diseases. This should open the eyes of the world and particularly of the American people.
The ISIS, also known as Da'ish , basically are riff raffs and their leader is not at all Sunni. A Sunni is a follower of Sunnah, or the way & conduct of the Holy Last Messenger (peace be upon him). On the contrary, these people are enemies of the family of the Holy Last Messenger (peace be upon them). They planned to destroy his tomb at Medina. They succeeded in robbing it and destroyed tombs containing graves of the parents and grandparents of Holy Last Messenger (peace be upon him), his first wife As-Sayyidah Khadijah and many more. They are following the footsteps of other extreme Wahhabis. Remember, Wahhabism is a religion of its own and has nothing to do with mainstream Islam. Wahhabis have declared that all who do not believe in Wahhabism should be killed and they have been doing it. They are using the name of Islam and Sunni by way of deception. I am prepared to present a plan to contain ISIS, if needed. I sincerely advise the American government and some European countries that they should try to understand Islam and Islamic values and try to cultivate good relationships with Muslims. Of course, Shiites do not form part of Muslims as they do not follow Islam, but rather have an independent religion of their own. It will help to bring peace in their countries and the world.
The Islamophobic propaganda should come to an end! Muslims should not be pushed into blind alleys, but must be allowed to fully participate in the affairs of the state in their respective countries. Burning Holy Qurans and making objectionable videos and books on the Holy Last Messenger, peace be upon him, should be stopped! Give a new interpretation to the right of freedom of speech that does not allow other parties to hurl insults and abuses to anyone's creed, religion or religious beliefs.
I am prepared to give lectures and more information on this scourge on mankind who wish to establish their global empire. No country is safe from their harm. They should be exposed everywhere. I can send video lectures or am personally prepared to come over and give lectures and solutions—wherever my services are needed.

This report is an analysis of the situation with ISIS, examining their origin and cause, while suggesting remedies to end their violent onslaught.
Final Warning: These people are very active in Pakistan. They have destroyed many holy shrines and have murdered many religious scholars and family descendants of the Holy Last Messenger (peace be upon him.). Everyone knows who they are and they themselves do not hide their perverse anti social un-Islamic designs. The government and its agencies know them very well. But they are helpless against them. However, the only remedy to curb this inhumane scourge on mankind lies in the efforts of uniting Muslims and Christians. For that reason, I am prepared to give a series of lectures on that subject. I find the article written by Alastair Crooke on the historical analysis of the roots of ISIS very useful and informative. It should be taken seriously and the matter should be understood in the proper perspective. A common ground and understanding between Muslims and Christians should be adopted to contain and counteract the ISIS Wahhabi movement.
