The Government has launched a public call for evidence on its planned approach to covid-19 status certification, in the event that it considers it necessary to introduce this measure over this autumn or winter.

Autumn and Winter Plan for covid-19
The Government recently published its Autumn and Winter Plan for its covid-19 response. This set out how the Government intends to continue managing the impact of the pandemic over this period.

Alongside the Autumn and Winter Plan, the Government also prepared a 'Plan B', which would come into effect if data suggests the NHS is likely to come under unsustainable pressure.
The Government suggested this 'Plan B' could include introducing mandatory covid-status certification in certain settings including nightclubs, music venues, outdoor festivals and large sports events. However, final decisions on the policy have not yet been made and the Government is inviting responses on its proposals.
The Government is particularly interested in the views of businesses, event organisers and venue operators, but the consultation is open to everyone over the age of 18.

Who is running the consultation?
The consultation is being run by the Department for Health and Social Care (DHSC), the Government department responsible for the NHS and oversight of social care in England.

ReplyDeleteTim Veater You don't understand how the reporting system works, as per usual for your kind. It's a system where anyone can report anything, and where no link to the vaccine needs to be proven, suspected or even possible (hence why some of the reports include genital herpes and skull fractures). It's raw data, which is then analysed to see if any particular effects are happening MORE often than average among people have have been vaccinated.

Presumably the 'kind' that swallowed - or injected - without question, all the pseudo-medical rubbish that flowed out of government that resulted in two unnecessary death peaks of the institutionalised old and ill, the NHS waiting list of ten million, the unprecedented national debt and many more deaths from unrelated causes from lack of attention. Not to mention of course the long-term psychological and economic harm to individuals and business. I know to which 'kind' I'd prefer to belong.

Julia Bowler Agreed. The biggest 20th Century misunderstanding is that doctors and medicine - particularly vaccination - has made people healthier. It is true life expectancy has increased but this is largely down to SOCIAL changes, not medical ones. Water, drains, housing, diet, education and work have all had a significant impact. Poverty or the absence of it, are closely associated, as is a polluted environment. Just think of the health consequences, both mental and physical, of two world wars. The post-war generation never has "had it so good", in Macmillan's famous phrase, yet people still die from a range of conditions, linked to the modern environment and not a few from medical, 'iatrogenic'. procedures themselves. Diseases of deprivation have become diseases of excess with artificial drugs, both legal and illegal, forming a significant part. Strangely despite the overall improvement in health and medical techniques, the population and government have obviously become more irrational and neurotic - some might say even psychotic. The coercing of children to be jabbed in the absence of parental consent, against the advice of the government's own expert panel and when they have been shown statistically not to be at risk of the disease itself, might just be such proof.
