More Covid 19(84)Nonsense Required Reading

Even with all the statistical and diagnostic 'fiddling', the so-called 'epidemic of fatalities' is over. Please note the terrific increase in deaths attributed to the disease occurred immediately after the 'lock-down' and other measures were introduced by the government. This raises the important question as to whether it was Covid 19 or the lock-down measures themselves that caused it?

The affected were predominantly over eighty and/or with other significant health issues, of whom over 90% were in an institutional (hospital or nursing home) setting. It is a moot point therefore the part actually played by Covid in their death, or whether it resulted directly from the measures introduced, such as poorer medical and/or psychological care. 

In any event the graph and the vital statistics associated with it, do not support a continuation of all the social controls imposed, at such cost, on the general population, which in any event are contradictory and irrational throughout, let alone tightening them as is the case with the requirement to wear masks on public transport and in shops, although the former has more sense than the latter.

“It's just a mask" will turn into "It’s just a vaccine," very quickly. In less than 5 months, our government has successfully divided the country into "obedient mask wearers”, and "selfish people who refuse to wear masks.”

In less than 5 months, our government has dictated which events are acceptable and we are allowed to attend, and which are not allowed. Violent riots are acceptable and encouraged, while family gatherings and celebrations are not allowed. Standing in a graduation line is a "safety hazard,” but lining up at big-box stores is not.

In less than 5 months, our government succeeded in closing family-owned businesses, while enriching large corporations it has vested interests in.

In less than 5 months, our government persuaded the people to believe that a cashless society is a good thing—in the name of a government-sponsored virus.

In less than 5 months, our government closed down schools, and permanently "restructured" education moving forward—under the guise of “public safety.”

In less than 5 months, our government demonstrated how easily fearful people assimilate to lifestyle restrictions that have NO scientific premise. Our government has instilled fear as the ruling principle in the majority of the population in the UK. But the citizens are not afraid of the people in power, who are responsible for the removal of their freedoms and livelihoods. Instead, they are fearful of their neighbors, family, human contact, and the air they breathe. Our government manufactured hysteria.

In less than 5 months, our government reduced a free people into slaves to the very system that oppresses them. People who are wearing masks "for the greater good”, will be the first to sign up for the new vaccine which will have zero longitudinal safety tests. What's more disturbing, is this vaccine will be used by our government as the standard deciding factor in our lives moving forward. Do you still think “It’s just a mask”? Wait until you are told that you cannot enter a store without proof of having the Covid-19 vaccine. Wait until you cannot go out into public places, travel, shop, or go to a doctor, without proof you are not a “risk” to others.

You do realize that our government has successfully dictated to us when we are allowed to be outside, where we are allowed to go, and how our children will be educated—in less than 5 months. A majority of the population follow their illegal dictates blindly, all because they are told to do so. They will also repeat this behavior with the vaccine for their government-sponsored “virus.” It was NEVER about a mask, it was always about control.

Remember, according to social distancing shop staff cannot “touch” you or come within 1 metre without breaking guidelines, (but of course they touch everything your buying) and if you refuse to wear a mask in their shop cannot physically throw you out, but can only call the police to enforce a government 'guideline'. The big problem for the police is that that would be breaking the Law if they tried to enforce a 'guideline', because police can only legally enforce Criminal Law.

If the police detain you, or arrest you because, naturally, you have refused to cooperate, they are then guilty of unlawful detention, which comes under the criminal code of 'kidnapping'.
If they try to fine you, without first 'kidnapping' you, you are not obliged to give them any information, not even your name, and without your name they cannot issue a fine.

If they find out your name, by whatever means and then issue a fine, you can simply state that you refuse to accept or pay any fine and they will then be obliged to caution you, which would be totally illegal since you will not have committed any crime (guidelines being optional to follow) and again, they would not be enforcing any law.
Know the difference: Guidelines come under 'civil law' and crimes come under 'criminal law'. The police are not allowed to enforce 'civil law' - only the local authority and the civil courts can attempt to do that. So, demand that the Court issue you with a date for an appearance, and when/if you go to court your defence will be illegal detention and kidnapping, and in the civil court you will be able to demand substantial compensation as a counter-claim from the police, plus insist that criminal charges are brought against the arresting and detaining officers.

Now, nobody says that it will get to that stage, indeed it would be very unlikely to, but can you imagine how the Courts will be clogged up for years, perhaps decades, trying to process those awkward bastards who had the bald-faced cheek to know the Law and also know their civil rights.

PS: Ensure you use your phone and record the whole event, to be used as leverage and evidence. But just remember this one fact - the police cannot enforce civil Law and therefore have no rights in determining whether or not you have to wear a mask, just because the government says so. That process would be called a 'dictatorship' and we are not quite there yet, despite this government's valiant attempts to make it so.






The boy in a black mask behind the perspex screen in the Co-op upbraided me for ignoring the 'one way' system that has been introduced (I didn't notice I was supposed to trail back the way I had come to comply) not once but TWICE, before and after the purchase, lecturing me on it being "Only common decency". Having been banned from Lidl's after an altercation with a fat woman wearing gloves (but no mask) who attacked me verbally for standing too close, fully supported by the management, it is becoming increasing clear that unless you comply with these stupid rules, obtaining any food will become increasingly difficult. Yet these Supermarket chains that have been so complicit in support of the Government 'guidance', and in stoking the culture of fear and distancing with constant 'big brother' messaging, signage, bouncers, queues, hand wash stations and the rest of the ridiculous paraphernalia of psychological conditioning, are riddled with contradiction and inconsistency. Some employees wear plastic gloves and face masks, others don't. Some wear them one day and not another. Staff themselves understandably ignore 'social distancing' as they go about their work stocking shelves, whilst those behind plastic screens in face masks, order you to "Step Back!" In Lidl's all pastries were placed in paper bags and I was told off for touching them, the bags note not the contents. Now they have reverted to open pastries on open shelves, arguably open to all or any contamination. Nor does it seem to have dawned that the shop is full of un-packaged goods, where cross contamination could occur, were it a possibility. The Government and these national outlets stand condemned of stoking and enforcing a national paranoia verging on the psychotic, for no genuine reason, with no scientific foundation, soon to be extended and reinforced by the blanket requirement to wear masks. Of course it is a field day for every busybody and nobody, who wishes to impose their stupid bureaucratic rules on others, just wishing to go about their business in as normal a way as possible. To those amazed and incredulous over how Hitler was able to set the world ablaze, murdering millions, he did it this way, in imperceptible steps of compliance, until only compliance or death remained the options. It is the duty of every English person to resist in whatever way they can, this creeping, pernicious threat to our ancient liberties and freedoms, before the opportunity of doing so, itself disappears.
