The awful Hoaxstead web site AKA "El Coyote ", which for years has run a venomous campaign against anyone with the temerity to believe either the children or mother central to the notorious Hampstead case, yet strangely un-harassed by any policing or legal authority in stark contrast to its victims, reports that Sabine McNeill has been handed down a nine (9!) year prison sentence. Judge Deborah Taylor had the presumption to suggest McNeill's activity deserved twelve years incarceration, but that she had reduced it on account of her age! I have tried without success to find any impartial or fair reporting of the recent trial of of the judge's reasoning for this incredibly harsh and disproportionate sentence. (Updated below) We shall have to await the media reports that to date have largely either ignored this important case or poured scorn on the children's and mother's allegations, which were promulgated by Ms McNeill and which have got her into such trouble with the police and courts, culminating in this outrageous sentence. It equates her action with the most serious crimes possible and contrasts with sentences handed down for actual child abuse.

Clearly this is the legal establishment making an example of anyone brave (or stupid) enough to defy them in order to bring child abuse to light, when the same legal establishment has refused to do so. What conclusion can be drawn from this, other than an utterly disturbing one?

What further proof is required that in respect of uncovering child abuse, especially when a certain influential or respected sector of the community is concerned, Britain's justice system is deeply flawed. It appears to be far more concerned to protect its own, than to protect the innocent, or reveal the truth. Indeed this case and sentence appears to suggest it is determined to do the very opposite.

The following article promotes the view that the children's account in the Hampstead case was pure fantasy, as a result of evil coaxing by mother and step father although anyone who saw those videos of interviews by police and others - and there were millions of them - must beg to disagree.

Further that anyone who believes or promotes the idea that they were in fact telling their perception of the truth, supported it has to be said by independent medical and other professional opinion, are evil fantasists themselves.

This narrative that seems to have been adopted by all the major outlets is itself a perversion of the truth, as anyone who has studied the case must surely admit.

The former persecution, confinement and nine year prison sentence handed down to a leading spokesman for the children, 74 year old Sabine McNeil, is merely confirmation of the lengths to which a wicked system is prepared to go, to silence any mention of a notorious case and as punishment for any defiance of court orders imposed, despite earlier acquittal from the initial charges.

Not since the hanging of Ruth Ellis has there been a more unjust or brutal sentence passed in an English court. The fake news that surrounds it deserves to be shown for what it is.

This is a flagrant example of disproportionate sentencing for which the legal term "In Terrorem" seems justified. It appears to be intended to put the 'fear of god' into any individual or organisation that dares to represent the children or mother's version of events, or more generally in respect of those who allege sexual abuse.

Further it appears out of all proportion to the offence given and for which she was formally acquitted. How can it be just, even if convicted at a second trial, to impose such inordinate penalty? It is impossible not to compare it to the treatment of those specifically accused by the children or those actually convicted of offences connected with child abuse itself, which renders it even more outrageous and offensive.

Following this case, how can the British public have any confidence in the British justice system, as it relates to the matter of child abuse, biased as it seems to be in favour of the potentially guilty parties and opposed to those such as McNeill, trying to represent the interests of the children, in respect of which she was found innocent at an earlier trial?

A pensioner described as an ‘online troll of the worst kind’ is facing jail for accusing innocent parents of satanic abuse. Sabine McNeill, 74, led a campaign to uncover claims of devil worship and child abuse at a primary school in Hampstead, northwest London. McNeill harassed four mothers, who cannot be named, by claiming they were members of a cult who cooked babies and ate them.

The rest of the article is paywalled, although what appears to be a derivative account can be seen at Metro. The latter includes the claim that “Her claims were so realistic that a police investigation was launched into the blameless parents”, which is not quite accurate: the origin of the affair was that two children at the school had been coachedby their mother and step-father to make allegations of Satanic sex abuse, and their precociously sexually explicit accounts would have been of greater concern to the police.

In 2015, there was a protest outside a church next to the school, consisting of a weird coalition of evangelical Christians, “alternative media” conspiracy theorists and “Freeman of the Land” types (a couple of arrests followed). The conspiracy milieu in which the allegations have been promoted has been chronicled extensively by the blog Hoaxtead Research, including an exhaustive account of McNeill’s 18-day trial (concluding summary here), which also highlighted some antics by her supporters during it.

Of course, prosecutions and convictions are unlikely to change the minds of those who have invested in the conspiracy theory – indeed, the outcome can easily be assimilated into a grand and non-falsifiable theory of an all-powerful cover up. Just recently, two American Hampstead enthusiasts attended a child abuse conference in Dundee, during which one of them plastered stickers around the town promoting the Satanic Ritual Abuse claims; and the story of “Hampstead Satanists” is now embedded within alt-right and populist circles, alongside the claim that the convicted arsonist Melanie Shaw has been convicted as a cover-up of “VIP child sex abuse” in care homes.

This was demonstrated last month, in a speech made outside the Royal Courts of Justice by Tracy Blackwell, a leader of the Tommy Robinson-linked “Justice for Our Boys” campaign. As shown in a video, Blackwell told her supporters (at 14.15):

Free Melanie Shaw, as we all know, another political prisoner. Free Sabine McNeill, another prisoner.

It was Blackwell and her fellow campaigners, led by one James Goddard, who blocked bridges in central London on Friday as a pro-Brexit stunt.

Also visible in the same video is Paul Rogers, who documents and promotes various right-leaning protests in London under the name “Eddie Isok”. Rogers – whose Twitter avatar shows him posing with Anne-Marie Waters of For Britain – also attended the McNeill trial, and he made videos in which he named witnesses despite reporting restrictions and promised that he intended to film “certain people” outside Southwark Crown Court, “and then certain people in the know, I will tell them who these people are, right, and they will deal with it”. This sort of thing did not go down well with the judge, and he was held overnight for contempt of court before being given a suspended sentence. According to Hoaxtead, he also tried to video in the court precincts, and he blames the Hoaxstead author for reporting him over this. Rogers believes it is significant that Hampstead is close to Finchley, here making a link with “Finchley Road” international fraud allegations popular among the same activist crowd. (1)

Meanwhile, another activist who showed up to report proceedings claimed that he was assaulted by an agent of the “Zionist conspiracy”, and a few days after that the judge ordered security posted outside the courtroom and required attendees to provide ID, telephone numbers and addresses.

This is how the Telegraph has reported the story. Note how it perpetuates the lie that the children's accounts were false and resulted from tortured coaxing by mother and step-father. No rational, unbiased person could ever come to that opinion.

At no point do the papers report that McNeill did not originate the stories herself but merely repeated what the children bravely claimed, full of cogent and detailed facts that could not possibly have been 'coached' and which could easily have been refuted but never was. 

Nor do they report that leading medical experts and police  officers collaborated the account and that the IPCC itself found for the mother that the initial police investigation was totally flawed.

Given that the children detailed sexual and drug practises and personal physiological details that they could not possibly have imagined, it is quite incredible that the father was immediately pre-warned, not arrested or had his electronic devices seized. 

This can only have one explanation from which everything else in this disturbing case flows. 

Why do the papers not report all of this but merely channel the government and establishment narrative which is plainly slanted to cover up the whole unfortunate episode and as a warning to others?

'UK's worst troll' claimed London school was centre of baby-eating satanic cult

An “evil” troll who claimed a primary school in Hampstead, north London, was at the centre of a satanic cult that cooked babies and ate them has been jailed for nine years.

Sabine McNeill’s actions forced innocent children to change their names, carry tracking devices and practise panic drills, a court heard.

The 74-year-old, described as one of the UK’s worst trolls, perpetuated “baseless” allegations about families whose lives had been “ruined”.

Southwark Crown Court heard that McNeill had led a campaign to uncover claims of devil worship, child rape and murder at the school, harassing four mothers who now live in fear of violent reprisals.

Judge Sally Cahill, QC told the weeping pensioner: “This case has to be one of the most serious cases of stalking and breach of a restraining order that there can be.

“The direct consequences of your actions, is that for the four families concerned you have ruined all normal family life.

“The allegations were of murder, cannibalism, satanism and sexual abuse. They could not be more serious or vile.

“The children's lives have been blighted forever. In my judgment you are an arrogant, malicious, evil and manipulative woman.”

Material relating to two children who claimed that they had been abused by paedophiles and were part of a satanic cult was "published and re-published widely" on the internet, the court heard.

When police investigated, they concluded that the claims were “utter nonsense” and that the children, aged eight and nine, had been tortured into concocting accounts of “horrific events" by their mother and her partner.

Photographs, film clips and personal information relating to both children were uploaded online and viewed by more than four million people, causing them “incalculable” harm as campaigners sought to expose the non-existent cult.

The father of the two children was falsely accused of being the leader of the cult, whose members were said to include a school head, a teacher, priest, social workers and police.

The judge criticised those who had republished and circulated the claims “with flagrant disregard” for the welfare of the children,” irrespective of whether or not they were true.

McNeill, from Camden, north London, was convicted of four counts of harassment and six counts of breaching a restraining order.

Miranda Moore, prosecuting, had told the jury she was “an online troll of the worst kind, making the lives of innocent families a misery”.
